As always this information comes straight from the official Government of Ontario's "Framework for Reopening Our Province". This is not meant to be a complete guide but only some information for a regular person to understand what's open and what isn't. This post will follow a similar format to the Stage 2 post. This post will be updated when new information becomes available, if any is missing please let us know. Please report any inaccuracies.

What is remaining closed in Stage 3?

The Chief Medical Officer of Health, public health experts and other officials have advised the following high-risk places and activities are not yet safe to open, due to the likelihood of large crowds congregating, difficulties with physical distancing, or challenges maintaining the proper cleaning and sanitation required to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

Amusement parks and water parks
Buffet-style food services
Dancing at restaurants and bars, other than by performers hired by the establishment following specific requirements
Overnight stays at camps for children
Private karaoke rooms
Prolonged or deliberate contact while playing sports•Saunas, steam rooms, bath houses and oxygen bars
Table games at casinos and gaming establishments.

What are the new gathering limits?

Based on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer of Health and public health experts, gathering limits for regions in Stage 3 will increase. The gathering limit of 10 people indoors or outdoors will continue to apply for regions in Stage 2 until they enter Stage 3. Social circles should continue to be kept at 10 people province-wide, regardless of stage.

Indoor gathering limits will increase to a maximum of 50 people
Outdoor gathering limits will increase to a maximum of 100 people.
In all cases, individuals are required to continue to maintain physical distancing of at least two metres with people from outside their households or social circles.
All businesses, services and public spaces when hosting an event are subject to indoor or outdoor gathering limits and ensuring physical distancing can be maintained.
People at their place of work, including performers and crews, do not count towards gathering limits.
People gathering indoors for religious services, rites or ceremonies, and wedding ceremonies or funeral services, can continue to fill up to 30 per cent of the capacity of the particular room, as introduced in Stage 2.

When Do Gathering Limits Apply?

Based on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer of Health and other public health experts, gathering limits apply to higher risk settings and activities where people congregate, including:

All organized or spontaneous indoor and outdoor events and social gatherings(e.g., parties, fundraisers, fairs, wedding receptions, funeral receptions)
Casinos, bingo halls and gaming establishments
Concerts and live shows, including performing arts
Convention centres and other meeting or event spaces
Recreational attractions, courses and instruction (e.g., fitness classes, music lessons,tutoring)
Festivals
Facilities for sports and recreational fitness activities (e.g., gyms, fitness studios)
movie theatres
Sporting and racing events
Real estate open houses
Tour and guide services (including boat tours)

Now for some additional restrictions

Amusement Parks and Water Parks

Amusement parks and water parks are not yet permitted to open in Stage 3

Casinos and Charitable Gaming Establishments

Table games must remain closed.
Casinos and charitable gaming establishments are subject to gathering limits and physical distancing measures, which apply to the entire facility.

Convention Centres, Meeting and Event Spaces

Convention centres, meeting and event spaces are subject to physical distancing measures and gathering limits, which apply to the entire facility

Facilities for Sports and Recreational Fitness Activities

Examples of facilities for sports and recreational fitness activities include gyms, fitness studios, and community centres.

Physical distancing must be maintained, except if playing a team sport or as needed for personal training.
The total number of people permitted in areas containing weights or exercise machines is limited to the number of people that can maintain physical distancing of at least two metres, whichcannot exceed the indoor gathering limit of 50 people.
The total number people permitted in classes or organized activities at any one time is limited to the number of people that can maintain physical distancing of at least two metres, and cannot exceed the indoor gathering limit of 50 people or the outdoor limit of 100.
Assigned spaces are strongly recommended for organized fitness classes (e.g., by marking circles on the floor to designate where each person should exercise)
Gathering limits do not apply in all other areas (e.g., pools, tennis courts and rinks).
Equipment must be cleaned and disinfected between user sets or at the end of a game.
Any washrooms, locker rooms, change rooms, showers or similar amenities made available to the public must be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
Steam rooms and saunas are not yet permitted to open.

Fitting Rooms

All fitting rooms may reopen, as long as patrons are not permitted to occupy adjacent fitting room stalls at any one time.
Cleaning and disinfection between fitting room customers should continue

Interactive Exhibits at Museums, Attractions and Heritage Institutions

In addition to the exhibits opened in Stage 2, high-contact surfaces such as interactive exhibits and displays may open. They must be cleaned and disinfected frequently
All special events, instructional classes and performances at these locations are subject to gathering limits and physical distancing measures.

Libraries

In addition to the services resumed in Stage 2, libraries may reopen for all on-site services, as long as materials that are circulated, returned or accessed within the library are disinfected or quarantined before being recirculated.

Live Shows, Performing Arts and Movie Theatres

Concerts, artistic events, theatrical productions, performances, and movie theatres may resume operations, including rehearsals, with the following restrictions

Performers must maintain physical distancing of two metres from every other person,except from other performers where necessary for purposes of the performance.
Audiences are subject to the number of people that can maintain physical distancing of at least two metres and cannot exceed gathering limits of 50 indoors and 100 outdoors.This applies to the entire facility, regardless of the number of theatres or performance stages within the facility
Performers and staff are not included in the gathering limits.
Plexiglass or some other impermeable barrier is required between the audience and singers as well as players of brass or wind instruments
Drive-in and drive-through venues, as permitted in Stage 2, are not subject to gathering limits
Concessions stands at drive-through venues may be accessed in-person or by drive-through or delivery to vehicles

Personal Care Services

In addition to the services permitted in Stage 2, all services that tend to a customer’s face are permitted (e.g., facials, ear piercing, eyebrow grooming and eyelash extensions).
Patrons must wear face coverings except while receiving services on an area of their face that would otherwise be covered by a face covering.
Personal care services must take measures to enable physical distancing between patrons, such as limiting the number of people who may be in the business at any one time.
Businesses should also consider recording each patron’s name and contact information to support effective contact tracing in case of an outbreak.
Oxygen bars, bath houses, steam rooms and saunas are not yet permitted to open.

Playgrounds and Play Structures

Outdoor playgrounds and play structures are permitted to reopen in Stage 3.
Physical distancing of at least two metres must be in place at all indoor playgrounds and play structures, except between individuals from the same household or social circle

Recreational Courses and Instruction

Examples of recreational courses and instruction include music lessons, language classes, tutoring and art classes.

All instructional classes are subject to gathering limits.
Physical distancing must be in place for participants, other than when necessary for instruction. Face coverings are recommended in those situations
Equipment must be cleaned and disinfected frequently
Plexiglass or some other impermeable barrier and physical distancing are required for any instruction that involves singing or playing wind or brass instruments

Recreational Attractions and Businesses

Examples of indoor recreational facilities and attractions include arcade rooms, escape rooms, bowling alleys, and pool halls.
Physical distancing of at least two metres must be in place.
Equipment must be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
Karaoke is permitted only outside of private karaoke rooms, which are not yet able to open in Stage 3, with restrictions including barriers, physical distancing and increased cleaning and disinfecting.

Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs

All restaurants, bars, concession stands,and other food and drink establishments may open for indoor dine-in.
Nightclubs are not yet safe to open, except for the purpose of serving food or drinks to patrons in accordance with the conditions that apply to restaurants and bars
All patrons must be seated when eating or drinking at the establishment.
Establishments must take appropriate measures to ensure physical distancing of at least two metres between patrons from different tables, unless separated by plexiglass or some other impermeable barrier
Buffet-style service is not yet permitted in Stage 3.
Singing or music may be performed by a person or group at the restaurant or bar, with restrictions, including barriers between the performers and patrons and physical distancing. Dancing may only be performed by someone working at the establishment with restrictions
Karaoke is permitted only outside of private karaoke rooms, which are not yet permitted to open in Stage 3, with restrictions including barriers, physical distancing and increased cleaning and disinfecting.
Physical distancing of two metres between patrons from different households or social circles also continues to apply to food trucks, food courts, concession stands and tours, including tastings at wineries, breweries and distilleries.

Team Sports and Live Sporting Events

Prolonged or deliberate contact while playing sports is not permitted.
Team sports in which body contact between players is either an integral component of the sport or commonly occurs while engaged in the sport (e.g., wrestling, judo) are not yet permitted, unless the approach can be modified to prevent prolonged or deliberate physical contact
Amateur and recreational sports leagues may resume so long as they do not allow prolonged or deliberate physical contact between players or if they have modifications to avoid physical contact between players.
Leagues must contain no more than 50 participants total. If participants in a leagueexceed 50, the league may divide into smaller groups of no more than 50. Players are not yet permitted to play against players outside of their league or group.
Spectators at all sporting events, including professional sports, will be subject to gathering limits and physical distancing measures, with assigned seating where possible

Tour and Guide Services

For tour and guide services, including boat tours, the number of patrons is subject to gathering limits.
Physical distancing of at least two metres must be maintained between all individuals, except for those from the same household or social circle.
The outdoor gathering limit of 100 applies if patrons will be outside for the duration of the tour except to access washrooms, in transit to an outdoor area, or for health and safety reasons.
As with other gatherings and events, the indoor gathering limit of 50 applies if the gathering is fully or partially indoors.

Beyond Stage 3

The health and well-being of the people of Ontario will continue to guide every step of the government’s response to COVID-19. The success of Stage 3 will be critical for Ontario’s long-term economic recovery. As more businesses and activities reopen, the Chief Medical Officer of Health and public health officials will continue to closely monitor the evolving situation to advise when more regions can enter Stage 3, if public health restrictions can be further eased, or if they need to be tightened or reapplied.
With almost all businesses and public spaces reopening in Stage 3, Ontario has put enhanced case and contact management in place to quickly test, trace and isolate cases of COVID-19 to prepare for any future outbreaks, surges or waves. Just as important, people must continue to follow public health advice and workplace safety guidelines to keep each other safe. This is about treating each other with respect and taking personal responsibility, so that we can successfully beat COVID-19 and get on the path to a strong recovery.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone. As more of the province safely and gradually reopens, people are encouraged to support small businesses in their communities, shop local and look for products that are Ontario made. We are all in this together, and together we will emerge stronger than ever before.
The Ontario Spirit will continue to carry us forward as we work towards recovery and begin building a brighter and more prosperous future for every family, in every region of our province.

Lockdown restrictions from Wednesday 30th September 2020

The following new restrictions will be in effect in Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland, North and South Tyneside, Sunderland and County Durham:

Mod note: This is a long one, but important nonetheless. Please take a moment to read through it. These are the most relevant restrictions, however you should read them in full here

Personal restrictions

Residents of these areas must not

Host persons they do not live with in their homes or gardens
Meet others in their homes or gardens, even if outside the affected areas
Socialise with others with whom they do not live, in an indoor setting, whether inside or outside the affected areas
Meet in groups of more than six outdoors, unless part of the same household or support bubble

Fixed penalty notices may be issued against those over 18, and in contravention of these regulations, including:

£200 for the first offence (lowered to £100 if paid within 14 days)
£400 for the second offence
Double the previous figure for any subsequent offence, up to a maximum of £6,400

Any person who holds, or is involved with the holding of, an illegal gathering of more than 30 people may be subject to a penalty of £10,000
The following gatherings are permitted

Where each person is from the same household or support bubble
Attending a birth at the mother's request (Mod note: please be sensible about this one)
Visiting a person who is dying
Fulfilling a legal obligation
For work purposes (see here) or for the provision of voluntary or charitable services
For the purpose of education or training
For the purpose of childcare by a registered provider, or informal childcare as part of a support bubble
To provide emergency assistance
To enable one or more persons in the gathering to avoid injury or illness, or to excape a risk of harm
To facilitate a house move
To provide care or assistance to a vulnerable person
To continue existing arrangements for access to (and contact between) parents and children, where the children do not live in the same household as their parents (or one of their parents)

Travel restrictions

You MUST wear a face covering on public transport, in taxis, and in private hire vehicles, in addition to substantially enclosed travel hubs - such as indoor bus stations
You are strongly advised to travel only for essential reasons, such as to or from work or to collect groceries, cleaning or medical supplies.

Business restrictions

Nightclubs, dance halls, discotheques are closed
The following venues must close from 10pm until 5am, including for takeaway/carry-out services, with the exception of food/drink delivery or drive-through service:
- All hospitality venues listed below, with the exception of workplace canteens if there is no alternative at that workplace for staff to obtain food
- Bowling alleys
- Arcades and other indoor leisure facilities excepting gyms or fitness studios
- Indoor and outdoor funfairs
- Theme parks, adventure parks, escape rooms
- Bingo halls
Cinemas, theatres and concert halls must close by 10pm, excepting to conclude a performance started prior to 10pm
Restaurants and bars must only allow food/drink to be consumed whilst seated, if sold to be consumed on the premises. Orders must only be taken whilst seated. Takeaway orders may be made at the bar or other counter before 10pm.

Hospitality venues subject to these restrictions include but are not limited to:

Restarants, including restaurants and dining halls in hotels or clubs
Cafes and canteens, including workplace canteens (unless otherwise specified), not including those at hospitals, care homes or schools
Canteens in prisons, at naval, military or air force establishments or for the purposes of the Department of the Secretary of State for defence
Services providing food or drink to the homeless
Bars, including those in hotels or clubs
Public houses
Social clubs, including CIU and working men's clubs
Casinos

Expansion of hospitality restrictions Venues must take steps to ensure:

Customers only consume food or drink whilst seated in the premises
Orders are only taken from customers who are seated, if the business serves alcohol for on-premises consumption
Bookings are not accepted, or customers admitted to the premises if:
- Groups include more than one household and/or support bubble if they will be seated indoors
- Groups include more than one household and/or support bubble, or more than six people if otherwise, if the party is to be seated outdoors
Customers do not join other groups on the premises, including in outdoor areas such as beer gardens
Tables are appropriately spaced to ensure adequate distancing
Exemptions to the six-person restriction outdoors, or single household indoors
- Wedding receptions (limited to 15 people)
- Civil partnership receptions (limited to 15 people)
- Funerals (limited to 30 people)

In general, businesses must make sure that customers do not meet indoors with members outside their household or support bubble, that they do not sing in non-household groups, or dance. Businesses must also ensure that loud music is not played, and tables/chairs are appropriately spaced apart. Pontential fines for non-compliance include:

£1,000 for the first offence
£2,000 for the second offence
£4,000 for the third offence
£10,000 for the fourth and any subsequent offences.

There have been a number of posts circulating on social media disputing the effectiveness of restrictions, as well as disputing the severity of the virus and the possibility of it ever being contained. These are mostly based on pseudo-science and contain factually incorrect information. We strongly advise that you follow these restrictions, and if possible remain entirely indoors without coming into physical contact with others outside of your household. This is obviously not possible for everyone.
Furthermore, a reiteration of current requirements:

Masks or face coverings must be worn in public indoor spaces, and in shops or other retail facilities where possible.
If you are displaying symptoms, isolate yourself and call for medical assistance.
If you have been in contact with someone who later develops symptoms, isolate yourself and maintain vigilance for symptoms of your own. The current estimated incubation period is approximately two weeks.

London & COVID-19: stay alert, control the virus, save lives. SOCIAL DISTANCING REMAINS IN EFFECT

New measures after today's security council

Concept: Dead Rising Packs(I know it's not gonna happen, but still cool to think about)

I was thinking about this last night and I wanted to share it with you to what you think.
Dead Rising Level Pack The physical pack itself: The pack itself will include a Frank West mini figure that uses his design from the first Dead Rising game and his prop or accessory that he holds would be his camera.
The vehicle that will come with this pack is the slicycle with the second build being a plane having the chainsaw blades being the wings and the third build being a tank which shoots out chainsaw blades.
The other thing that's included will he the workbench (I'll talk about this more later) with the second build being a turret weapon which can be carried around and placed and the third build would be the dispenser, this is where it would give the player weapons and hearts as well as a small number of studs.
Dead Rising Level Pack Plot (called: 72 dimensions mode)
The story itself would start out kind of like the first game, where Frank lands at the mall, talks to Carlito, meets with the survivors at the Entrance Plaza, the zombies are let loose, Frank goes back to the safe house area, then goes out the look for survivors, accidentally injures Jessica, does the "I've covered wars you know" line, then he heads out to then looks for Brad, fights Carlito, but before Frank can defeat Carlito in the Food Court, he gets taken away by the rift, this is when Brock, TK and John Hemlock come out of the rift, they explain that they want to stop Frank, Chuck and Nick from stopping the zombie out breaks, so they can get money from it by making a cure called Zombrex. Frank, who doesn't know what Zombrex is asks what it is, the 3 villains laugh, they get the keystone device and makes a rift and is taken to Vorton.
In Vorton Frank sees Batman, Wildstyle and Gandalf enter the portal, Frank then hears a shouting from behind him, it turns out it's Chuck Greene and Nick Ramos they ask where they are, none of them know, until X-Po comes up behind them and offers to help, the 3 explain that Brock, TK and Hemlock are using rifts to cause a zombie outbreak and stop the 3 protagonists from solving what's going on and stop those outbreaks as well.
X-Po says that he has no idea what they are on about, but sounds like bad news and opts to help them anyway as he understands that they are using the rifts to open up portals between worlds. Frank, Chuck and Nick jump into the portal, but they find out that they have been sent to their respective timelines, it turns out that X-Po can still communicate with them through smaller, more stable rifts and sends them Inter-dimensional communicators, so that the 3 can still remain in contact with each other (because of plot convenience), it turns out that along with the 3 protagonists being sent to their timelines, that Hemlock, Brock and TK have also returned to their timelines to deal with them. The level pack then revolves around them facing off against psychopaths and collecting the different keystones, and the level would change between the 3 protagonists at certain points, mainly when they come across a keystone device to do a puzzle that they haven't collected yet. Although swapping between the 3 can happen any time, it's mainly there as a non-linear design. When the 3 meet up with their respective final bosses (being Brock for Frank, TK for Chuck and Hemlock for Nick) they defeat them, only for another rift to open having the last battle take place at Vortex's Castle. After this battle the level packs ends with the 3 going to Vortex, meeting up with X-Po again, thanking him for his help and they jump back into the portals returning home to then deal with the outbreak that was caused. Then Carlito comes out of nowhere as he was caught by the rift with him not knowing where he is and ends there.
Level puzzles and vehicle locations: The majority of the puzzles will happen using keystones.
To unlock the Slicylce you have to build it when playing as Nick and to unlock the workbench you have to build it when playing as Chuck, these two can then be used for any puzzle in the 3 timelines.
The Workbench in the level: Throughout the level there are 3 combo cards that can be collected for the 3 protagonist, there will be one located for each timeline and will need to he used to progress through the level, so they are not optional.
Level bonuses: Citizen in peril: Katey Greene To save her, you need to use the TARDIS and travel to Dr Wily's Castle, defeat the yellow devil. After saving her she will say, "Thanks for saving me, I need to be more careful when trying to meet Mega-Man next time."
Minikit: These minkits aren't collected in the same way as the others, there are 10 pictures you have to take with Frank's, Chuck's or Nick's camera. To get these pictures there are 3 in other locations and 7 in the actual level itself.
1: Smash a cracked wall in the entrance plaza before the zombies come through and take a picture of the convicts driving outside
2: When fighting Adam the Clown, use the lantern transformation take create stairs on top of the ride attraction entrance in the and take a picture of the dolls in the ride attraction
3: In the theatre in Fortune city take a picture of the Mega-man X movie stand
4: When fighting Randy, take a picture of him as he's out of breath
5: When in the North plaza, there will be a barrier where the corridor leads to to Seon's food and stuff, take a picture of Isabelle on her motorbike
6: When in Los Perdidos, near the broken yacht, there will be Adam Daley on the stage close by dancing to one of Bibi's songs, take a picture of him as he's dancing
7: When fighting Diego Martinez in the museum, there will be an orange handle on the rocket ship, pull that has a strong character, go into the ship and there will be a statue of Chase McCain posing in an astronaut outfit, take a picture of the statue.
8: Use the TARDIS in the entrance plaza when fighting the Hall family and you will be taken to the roof of Suzaku Castle from Street Fighter, there will be a picture point there you will see Ken and Ryu fighting, take a picture when one of them to a Haduken
9: When fighting Dylan Fuentes, use the TARDIS and you will be taken the roof of the Racoon City police department, take a picture of an accident involving a police car and a gas tank lorry
10: When in the silver strip Plaza, go the entrance of the Fortune City Hotel, there will be a box that has the LEGO Dimensions box art on it, destroy it and build it into the the portal seen in Vorton. Go into that portal, and you will find yourself on the cliff near the roadside, you will see a car with a woman and her daughter smashed at the side of the road zombies swarming them, take a picture.
After taking the 10 pictures, you will get a golden statue of Frank West that will be used for display in the open world.
Dead Rising world: The Portal: The portal will be the entrance to Willamette mall
The world itself: The world will be a combination of Willamette, Fortune City and Los Perdidos, with interiors leading to other open world sections. The interiors will lead:
Inside Willamette Mall,
The maintenance tunnels in Willamette mall,
Inside the Casinos in Fortune City,
Inside the Mall in Fortune City,
Inside Fortune City Hotel,
Maintenance Tunnels in Fortune City,
The Locations where there will be psychopath battles,
Each safe house area in Los Perdidos, Willamette and Fortune City
Red Brick: Zombies will spawn out of the ground at any time no matter where you are
Side Quest: Many of them will be escorting survivors back to the safe areas, while some will be from characters like Brad, Stacey and Katey asking for certain things like food or weapons.
Gimmicks: Scoops: Will be given by Otis that someone needs saving or that there's a psychopath that needs stopping
Combo cards: There will be 12 combo cards that be taken over to the workbench and can be build, only Frank, Chuck or Nick can use them
Zombies: At times zombies will come out of the ground and attack you at any point, they can't be loaded in the same way as the games. There is only one type of zombie, like in the first Dead Rising game.
Frank West's abilities: These abilities will be carried over to Chuck and Nick, you can swap between these characters the same way as Ghostbusters characters can change between members. 1. Acrobat

Everything I Noticed whilst playing P5R (very long) (no major 3rd semester spoilers)

So I just beat Royal about 2 weeks ago and had an absolute blast. 10/10 would do again
Whist playing, however, I actually made a list of everything I personally discovered, though some things may be wrong.
If you want to add anything to the list, suggestions are appreciated!! And if you notice any mistakes, please tell me and I'll fix it up a bit, thanks!!
Oh, and there are no 3rd semester spoilers! I only wrote down things between the first day and Christmas day, so don't worry about anything too major in this post djsjshks and I didn't write much about any of the Palaces besides from story related things

The Atlus/Criwear intros have now been improved, with Atlus's intro having a bit of Joker at the start doing Jokery things
The loading screen for starting up the game now includes the PTs logo with 3 spotlights
Palace "distortions" that can be seen surrounding the screen now have a new look
You can now see the sillohetes of future party members in the Casino
The dialogue between Futaba and Ryuji are now actual dialogue boxes, not side dialogue that you'd see in Mementos
Loading screens are SO much faster and the "walking" loading screens now include more people
You can see Takemi walking towards the clinic when you arrive in Yogen
The scene after you cleanup your room, and going to school is now fully voiced
Sojiro generally has a kinder tone
The "New day" screen now has gone through some improvements. The clouds now move!!
Kawakami will accidentally hand you something whilst giving you your student ID. She quickly takes it back though before you can see it. Most likely maid service stuff

General information on COVID-19:

What is COVID-19?

COVID-19 is a strain of the Coronavirus family. While the Coronaviruses existed since some time, COVID-19 developed at some point in the end of 2019. As most of the flus, it originated in animals. It is yet unclear how it got transferred to people ^{(despite the Internet rumour that it is due to a bat soup}\*)*

What are the symptoms?

The symptoms include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. It does not include sneezing.
^{PSA: Just because somebody coughs, it doesn't mean that they're sick. My sister told me recently that she saw a person with asthma getting kicked out of the metro in Sofia because they started coughing.}

How does COVID-19 compare to the seasonal flu?

When the disease was discovered, a lot of people compared it to the seasonal flu, saying that it wasn't that bad, because the seasonal flu killed more people. They didn't take into account however that this was in the early stages.
It is believed that COVID-19 is at least twice as contagious (although new numbers from South Korea may mean this number is even higher) and 12-24 times deadlier (yes, 12 to 14 times). In addition, there is no vaccine against any of the coronaviruses, including COVID-19 ^{(and no, Volen Siderov probably doesn't have a cure}\*)*

Why should I care?

As noted, COVID-19 is a virus that's highly contagious. It's easy to spread around.
While it is not safe, we have to admit that most of the young people with it either don't show any symptoms, or don't die from it (the current death rate of young people in good health with the virus is around 0.2%-0.4%). However, starting from 50 years old and more, the death rate is more -- reaching 15% in people of more than 80 years old.
Even if you're young, you might be fine. However, you are a potential transmitter even if you don't develop any symptoms. If you're not careful, you might get somebody in a risk group else sick. This might be your parents, your grandparents, your neighbours or a close one with asthma or other health issues.
We're in this together, as a society.
"But I haven't seen anyone dying?!" ^{(bg mama edition}\*)* We are currently in the prevention period, at least in Bulgaria. The goal is to stop the spread. Once this becomes actually serious, it's too late.

How does COVID-19 spread?

The virus mostly spreads from human to human. This is why it's important to avoid handshakes, high-fiving and etc. In addition, it is recommended to keep a distance of 1 m - 1.5 m from other people (let's say in queuing). There is a myth that you can only catch the virus if you're in the company of someone for more than 10 minutes. This is not the case - same way as how the 5 seconds rule is not true. There are also myths that children or dogs don't catch it - the science is inconclusive on this.
Even if you don't touch anybody directly, you can touch a surface somebody else touched and thus catch it. How long the virus survives on a surface depends on the material. ^{The spoons from BOC / БПЦ are not immune to it.}

What should I do to stop the spread?

Obviously, don't touch anyone directly. Be careful when touching the points of entry to your body as well - i.e. your eyes, mouth, etc.
Next, wash your hands regularly. Due to the nature of the virus' outer layer, soap is extremely effective against it. You should wash your hands with soap for at least 20-30 seconds in order for it to act. Another option is hand sanitizer. Since it's currently a bit difficult to buy any, you can make it at home - you need 3 parts of isopropyl alcohol (90% or more; rakia won't help ^{unless your granddad is a mad man}\*******)* and one part of aloe vera gel.
In general, it's a good idea to sanitize the objects you are in contact with - e.g. your phone. As noted, the virus can be transmitted on surfaces as well and phones are one of the objects we touch the most.
Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing - either with a tissue or your elbow. I didn't think I'd say this, because it's common knowledge, but do it now even more. It's better if you sneeze/cough in your elbow rather than your hands - given the fact that you touch everything with your hands.
A lot of people are currently panic-buying face masks. You only need a face mask if you're taking care of a sick person or if you're have the symptoms. Otherwise, you're only buying the stock that would normally go to the hospitals.
Do not use ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory drugs. They can only suppress the immune system and aggravate the symptoms. Paracetamol is fine though.
If you can, go give blood and blood platelets (тромбоцити) if you can. It won't hurt you as long as you keep social distancing and it will help the health system handle it better. Also, don't visit your doctor if you don't need to. Chances are they're already overwhelmed with work and they need to focus on the important patients.
And don't take advantage of the cheap tickets, for fuck's sake. You're not a tarikat; you're an idiot.

Why should I stay home?

The virus spreads from a person to a person. Going out per say isn't bad; going out where there are other people is bad. The less exposure it has, the easier it is to handle. We are still in the prevention phase. The goal of the governments is to ensure that when there are cases, the health system has the capacity to handle it. The goal is not to cure it, the goal is to prevent it.
To everybody that lives abroad: if you plan to go back to Bulgaria to be with your family, the general advice is not to do it. Travelling to a certain place means that you might potentially bring the disease to somewhere where it didn't exist (especially given the fact that there aren't a lot of cases in Bulgaria). In addition, given the fact that most people abroad are young people that want to go back to their parents, you might expose elderly people who are a risk group to the disease.

Should I stock food and other everyday consumables?

This only makes sense if you plan on not going out at all. In the foreseeable future there won't be any shortages of stock (even if your local supermarket doesn't have a lot of stock at the moment, it will be restocked soon enough), but you need to be careful not to buy products you'll end up throwing away.

Should I panic?

No, but you should be reasonable.

What does "a state of emergency" ("извънредно положение") mean?

A state of emergency is a constitutional right of the government that allows it to rearrange the social life in case of an emergency. The definition range is intentionally wide, so you can expect more measures to come into place.
It is currently announced that it will last until 13 April. It is possible, however, that it will be extended.
The current measures (updated 16 Mar) is that:

Kindergartens, schools and universities and extracurricular activities are suspended -- if possible, distance education should be implemented
Theatres, movies, museums and other cultural events are closed -- there are theaters and etc that actually record plays in closed doors and stream them online
Bars, restaurants, malls and casinos are closed --- restaurants can deliver food though (it is recommended to ask your delivery guy to leave your food in a safe distance instead of handing it over)
All mass gatherings are forbidden, including sports
Any planned medical interventions, children and women consultations, prophylactic doctor visits, and hospital visits are suspended
Any prison visits are forbidden for the time being
Supermarkets are open
Banks and insurance offices are open
Pharmacies are open

Aside from the above-mentioned businesses, should I go to work?

Other businesses are open. However, companies should offer to their employees that they work from home if possible - don't hesitate to ask your manager about it. If you can't work from home, your company should provide you with anti-epidemic measures - e.g. antibacterial gel.
If you are pregnant or a mother of a child of 12 years old or less, you have the right to ask for a paid or unpaid leave during the state of emergency (it can't be refused).
In addition, any business trips are cancelled.

Are there any travel restrictions?

As noted, it is highly recommended to avoid any travel. Most European countries have a lock down on non-essential travel. Some countries have closed their borders as well. As of 16 March, I'm still waiting for news if travelling from a non-Schengen but EU country to a Schengen one is permitted or not ^{(Macron just gave a speech on this, but the language he used wasn't clear}\***)*
Travelling to Serbia is still allowed but traffic is directed through Kalotina (Калотина) or Vrashka chuka (Връшка чука)
If you are to travel abroad, it is mandatory to have a medical insurance.

What are other measures the government is taking?

It is currently under consideration to have cares for coronavirus refunded by the National Health Fund.
Any ID card that expires between the announcement of the state of emergency until 31 October is prolonged with 6 months.

Can I get punished if I don't respect the measures?

Yes - by law, if you're guilty of spreading around a disease ^{(guilty = either doing it intentionally; or unintentionally, but not respecting advice/common knowledge}\*****)*, you can pay a fine or even go to prison.
In the end, it's not about breaking the law. It's about acting responsibly.

Guidelines for Stage 3 - 29 May

DURING a briefing from the Situation Room at State House, Dr. Kalumbi Shangula, the Minister of Health and Social Services introduced the new guidelines that Namibians will have to follow during Stage 3 of the State of Emergency. President Geingob at the start of the briefing announced that Stage 2 will be lifted at midnight on Monday evening.
The guidelines for Stage 3 and Walvis Bay’s return to Stage 1 are set out as follows:
THE NEXT LEVEL OF MIGRATION FOR NAMIBIA On Monday the 1st June 2020 at 23:59, all 14 regions, with the exception of the Walvis Bay Local Authority Area, will transition from STAGE 2 to STAGE 3, until 29 June 2020, for a period of 28 days or two Covid-19 incubation periods. Due to recent epidemiological developments, Walvis Bay Local Authority Area will revert to STAGE 1 from the 2nd June 2020 to the 8th June 2020 (7 days). The observance period will be monitored on a weekly basis and may be extended, subject to changes in the country epidemiological situation.
STANDARD HEALTH AND HYGIENE GUIDELINES A relaxation in restrictions requires heightened vigilance and responsibility at a personal, community and organisational levels. The public is urged to adhere to the following guidelines: Continue Social Distancing protocols of at least 1.5 meters between persons, to minimize the potential risk of infection. Each person is required to wear a facemask, as defined in the Regulations, when using both private and public transport, shopping, outdoor group exercise, public spaces and at the workplace. Increase hygiene interventions, e.g. public hand washing utilities and consumables, including installation of sanitizer equipment within public and work places. Increase cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces including public transport and all public facilities including schools, buses, play park equipment, shared water access points, public restrooms among others. Anyone with symptoms of a dry cough, high fever and shortness of breath should avoid public places and rather call the Toll-Free Number 0800-100-100 or 911 or consult a health facility or community health worker to be advised on what to do. Businesses are required to keep a register of customers, recording the time of patronage, full name and contact details, to assist with possible contact tracing. The public is urged to cooperate with authorities in maintaining the health of the population.
MEASURES UNDER STAGE 3 These measures are applicable to 14 regions with exception of the Walvis Bay Local Authority Area. EDUCATION Early Childhood Development, Primary, Secondary Schools and Vocational Training Providers to resume face-to-face medium of instruction, with daily screening of learners/students. Any learnestudent or staff displaying COVID-19 related symptoms should stay home and alert the school health authority. The school authority should immediately inform the local health authority for intervention. The School-feeding scheme to resume. The resumption of face-to-face instruction will be phased in as follows: From the 3rd of June Grade 11 and 12 learners will return to school; on the 8th of June Vocational Training Centres will re-open for students; pre-primary to Grade 3 learners will return to school on the 22nd of June; Grade 7 and 9 learners will return to school on the 6th of July while learners in Grade 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 will return to school on 20 July. The academic year for all students and learners will end on the 18th of December.
POINTS OF ENTRY Closure of all points of entry and comprehensive restrictions on cross border movement of persons will remain in force, with exception of the transportation of imported goods. Repatriated Nationals to submit to mandatory, government supervised quarantine upon arrival.
PUBLIC GATHERINGS Public gatherings during this period shall not exceed 50 persons. This includes weddings, funerals and religious gatherings. The Ministry of Health and Social Services has developed measures to address the risk of cross border importation and spread of COVID-19 into the country, with particular focus on truck drivers. 6.1. Truck drivers are to adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures for designated supervised points, namely, border points, truck ports and depots, fueling stations, banks and quarantine facilities, in line with regional SADC protocols. A mandatory test will be conducted by the Namibian Government each time, upon arrival. The truck driver will be permitted to proceed to final destination, pending test result outcome. Upon arrival at destination, all truck drivers, both Namibian and non-Namibians are to be subjected to mandatory, Government supervised quarantine for the duration of their stay in Namibia. All drivers arriving in Namibia will be screened, tested on arrival and quarantined for not less than 14 days. A second test will be conducted towards the end of this period. Truck Operators are to submit deviation reports from the satellite tracking systems, to law enforcement agencies, within 72 hours of occurrence. Logistic/Transport industry is encouraged to pursue Truck Driver Relay System.
VULNARABILITY Employers are encouraged to allow employees in vulnerable conditions/categories as defined in the Regulations, to continue working from home as far as feasible. Vulnerable Persons are encouraged to observe specified shopping hours. Face to face visits to Old Age Homes are suspended. Caretakers to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. The public is encouraged to observe measures to limit exposure of persons in vulnerable conditions or categories, as far as possible. The distribution of the Old Age Social Grant to be conducted in accordance with strict Social Distancing protocols.
BUSINESSES The following businesses will be permitted to resume activities under STAGE 3, subject to the Health & Hygiene Guidelines stipulated under Section 2 above, and in fulfilling the following additional requirements:
Restaurants, Cafes & Kapana Traders These businesses may reopen for sit down dining, in adherence to the Directives of the Liquor Act and the Operational Guidelines as provided by Ministry of Industrialisation and Trade (MIT)), stipulating the number of persons permitted inside an establishment per square meter. Restaurants may only open for pre-booked customers, no walk-in clients permitted. This provision does not apply to informal traders. The public is reminded to avoid sharing public pens in completing Customer Registers. Food/buffets in restaurants should only be handled by service staff.
Liquor Outlets, Shebeens, Bars Businesses may operate under normal working hours but limit the sale of alcohol to 12:00-18:00, Monday-Saturday as per the Directives on the Liquor Act. No sale of alcohol permitted on Sundays. The buying and selling of alcohol is only permitted for takeaway. Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in private dwelling but not in public. Only holders of a valid Liquor License will be permitted to operate. Adhere to the Operational Guidelines as provided by MIT stipulating the number of persons permitted inside an establishment per square meter.
Theatres, cinemas, libraries, galleries, theatres, museums, craft centers These are permitted to reopen, subject to adherence to the Operational Guidelines as provided by Ministry of Industrialization and Trade stipulating the number of persons permitted inside an establishment per square meter.
Gyms and exercise centers Permitted to reopen, subject to adherence to the Operational Guidelines as provided by Ministry of Industrialization and Trade stipulating the number of persons permitted inside an establishment per square meter. Adhere to strict hygiene measures, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment after every use.
Entertainment events, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops & Summits These are permitted to resume, subject to adherence to the Public Gathering limit and the Health & Hygiene protocols.
Sporting events & activities These are permitted to resume with exception of contact sports as defined in the Regulations, subject to adherence to the Public Gathering limit and the Health & Hygiene protocols. Nightclubs, Gambling houses & Casinos. These activities remain high-risk and will not be permitted to resume activity during STAGE 3.
PENALTIES OF VIOLATING REGULATIONS Non-compliance with Regulations is a punishable offense. For truck operators the penalty may include suspension of the operating license. The penalty for violating Stage 3 Regulations is a spot fine of N$2,000 or arrest.
MEASURES FOR WALVIS BAY LOCAL AUTHORITY AREA His Excellency the President has just announced the lockdown of Walvis Bay Local Authority Area. You may recall that Case No 21 and Case No 22 are all from Walvis Bay. These two cases have primary contacts of more than 100 between them. The extent of secondary contacts remains unknown. It is for this reason that, while the rest of the country migrates to Stage 3, out of an abundance of caution, a special dispensation is introduced for Walvis Bay Local Authority Area. As part of this special dispensation, the following interventions are instituted: Restrictive measures that were instituted for Stage 1 as per Proclamation No 9, State of Emergency – Covid-19 Regulations will apply, to the whole of Walvis Bay Local Authority Area. These include the following:
• Closure of Schools and Higher Education institutions; • Prohibition of public gatherings of more than 10 people; • Prohibition relating to travel and permit requirement; • Quarantine; • Restriction on movement of persons; • Critical services; • Prohibition relating to the sale of alcohol; and • Prohibition relating to certain operations and closure of certain businesses amongst others.

Factions of Conshen, Part I

Many factions hold sway throughout the continent of Conshen, vying for power, control, knowledge, or some other ideal. They weave their webs of influence and intrigue through the actions of their agents, and their clashes form the catalyst for stories in Black Sands. In each part of this series, 9 factions will be summarized, along with three increasingly aligned background packages. These backgrounds imply some connection with the parent organization, though it need not be current.

1: The Nationalist Brigade

A popular group in the settled regions, primarily based out of Stratswarren, the Nationalist Brigade is made up of many of the remaining militia forces who fought against the incursions of the tainted. They have a strong interest in uniting Conshen under the banner of a central government. What they have been most successful with is gaining a measure of jurisdiction for law enforcement in many of the major cities and many outlying settlements, where they have devoted themselves toward bringing order and justice. Whispers of corruption in their higher ranks are common, and that their centralized government would just be a better way to line the pockets of their chosen officials.

2: The Family Forgotten

In dense cities around the world, many interact with the Family Forgotten without even realizing its religious ties. They hold an order similar to gangs of the downtrodden or a thieves guild; they steal and cheat, but they play fair with their own and foster the poor. As one rises in their ranks, one might learn the truth, that their upper ranks serve the holy whims of a hidden god - the King of Rats, whose devotion is to organized crime, family, and loyalty.

3: Hawkins’ Leyroad Barony

The primary push toward leyline travel comes from a small handful of established companies, mostly because they are the only ones strong enough to resist the others. Newcomers to the rail market meet with accidents and betrayal that can never quite be firmly traced to the established companies, but everyone knows how the game is played. The Leyroad Barony is the strongest of these companies, and because none of the others are strong enough to deny Baron Hawkins’ power, they all must vie for his favor or lose access to the most lucrative routes. Baron and his lieutenants are among the most powerful, decadent, and ethically bankrupt men in the world - they say power corrupts, and when you have a financial empire capable of shutting down an entire city's production with a word, that sort of power corrupts absolutely.

4: The Inextinguishable Light

Despite their grandiose name, this group has a reputation as some of the shadiest and most feared of all factions. Members usually keep their association secret, as there are few willing to trust the Lit. They are best known for drawing their power from surrounding themselves with the Sorrow - but claim to remain free of its grasp. While their colleagues can't dispute that their results are powerful, few are willing to take the risks involved. Those who are - typically those who seek only revenge or power for whatever reason - frequently delve recklessly into the corruption, soon finding themselves tainted as well.

5: The Aetheric Institute of Higher Learning

The most generally accepted school of magic in the world, the Institute has been in operation since early settlement of Conshen. They gained the majority of their popularity after the creation of the magic bolts, which allowed the settlers to turn the tides on the tainted and push them back. Their studies are varied, but focus on philosophy and the arcane arts, particularly those of the Aetheric sphere. They utilize their campus to act as a base of operations for numerous other magical organizations and researchers.

Privileged by broad allowances granted in Kroneheim law, rumors that the swollen ranks of the blueback army abuse their power are commonly whispered.

7: Crimson Gaslight Guild

Andrei Valentine's "Crimson Gaslight Saloon" is famous throughout Conshen, and if it can still be called just a saloon it is certainly the most widely known saloon on the new continent. It is the central feature of the city Newfelstok, and in fact hosts the legitimate town hall. Though it is now a luxury establishment catering to all classes, numerous similar venues are wholly owned by its business empire. With casinos, brothels, bars and drug dens throughout Newfelstok beside upscale theatres and cultural performances, the Crimson Gaslight Guild own vice and pleasure in a city well known primarily for those two things. Unwilling to stop at Newfelstok's city limit, the guild have their fingers in illicit dealings and mercenary contracting throughout Conshen.

8: The Crow Quills

The honor guard of the Wanderfief and personal army of Warlady Aishe Boln, the Crow Quills are a formidable force of elite seledhioran cavalry. Despite being tasked to the Warlady's varied whims - or perhaps because of this, Crow Quills are often found errant, wandering the countryside in search of adventure and fame for their order. They are known to be flamboyant, highly skilled, and occasionally willing to take up worthy causes but suspicious townsfolk whisper of their witchcraft.

9: The Seasoned

A native who bears the favor of the tribes and a talent for the mystical may be asked to join the Seasoned, a group of mystical wanderers and shamans who act as the voice of the season stones. The shamans of the Seasoned are divided into four groups, with one "Voice" connected with each stone, but they hold little separation between orders. While two members of the Voice of Sorrow have a closer philosophy to each other than they might towards a member of the Voice of the Sun, all three are Seasoned, and most likely feel a close bond to one another. It is not uncommon for the Seasoned to seemingly put aside their own Voice in order to help another who is in need.

This Disney+ Subscriber Agreement governs for residents of the Republic of Ireland. You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase the Disney+ Service. The Disney+ Service is provided to individuals for their personal, non-commercial use only. Companies, associations and other groups may not register for a Disney+ account or use the Disney+ Service. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible for a Disney+ account and are not permitted to provide personal information to Disney+.
b. Registration. Only individuals that have registered for a Disney+ account, provided certain information (e.g., a valid email address), and have agreed to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement are eligible to use the Disney+ Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and for all activities that occur on or through your Disney+ account. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period, unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change our pricing and, in the event of a price change, we will notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts. You are responsible for all third-party Internet access charges in connection with your use of the Disney+ Service. b. Free Trials. Your Disney+ Service subscription may begin with a free trial. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if one is available, is only available to those who have not previously used one for the Disney+ Service. Your first payment will be charged to your chosen payment method immediately following the free trial, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your free trial. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you register but you will not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid subscription has begun.
c. Cancellation and Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period or free trial. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period or free trial. This enables us to continue to provide you access to the Disney+ Service. You authorize us to continue to charge your card using the updated information. If a payment is not successfully authorized due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription by giving you notice. You also agree that we may charge your payment method on file if you decide to restart your Disney+ subscription, unless you specify an alternative payment method when you restart your subscription.
e. Subscriptions Obtained Through Third Parties. If you obtain a Disney+ Service subscription via a third party (e.g., an app store), that subscription is also subject to the third party’s terms, and the provisions in this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement concerning subscription purchase, billing, cancellation/refunds, and payment do not apply to that subscription to the extent this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement conflicts with the applicable third party’s terms. For subscriptions obtained via a third party, your billing relationship will be directly with the applicable third party. Any fees charged for your Disney+ Service subscription will be billed by the applicable third party using the payment information you have provided to such third party. To cancel a Disney+ Service subscription obtained via a third party, please follow the cancellation instructions set out by the applicable third party. You can visit our Help Centre for instructions on how to cancel a Disney+ Service subscription obtained via a third party.
f. Bundled Subscription Options. We may offer a Disney+ Service subscription bundled with other subscription services, including subscriptions to third-party products and services. Third-party subscriptions, products, and services are governed by terms of use issued by those third parties.
3. COPYRIGHT LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS
a. License. Within the Territory and subject to the terms and conditions in this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Disney+ grants you a limited, personal use, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable right to do the following:
i. Install and make non-commercial, personal use of the Disney+ Service; and
ii. stream or temporarily download copyrighted materials, including but not limited to movies, television shows, other entertainment or informational programming, trailers, bonus materials, images, and artwork (the "Disney+ Content") that are available to you from the Disney+ Service.
This is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale or assignment of any rights in the Disney+ Content or the Disney+ Service. The purchase of a license to stream or temporarily download any Disney+ Content does not create an ownership interest in the Disney+ Content. Such Disney+ Content, including the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and other intellectual property rights in the Disney+ Content, is owned by Disney+, its affiliates and/or other licensors, and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
b. Restrictions on Your Use of the Disney+ Content. You agree that as a condition of your license, you may not and agree not to:

iii. access or use the Disney+ Service in a manner that suggests an association between you and/or any other party with our products, services or brands;

v. create derivative works of any Disney owned components of the Disney+ Service, any updates, or any part thereof, except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
vi. bypass, modify, defeat, tamper with or circumvent any of the functions or protections of the Disney+ Service;
vii. access, monitor or copy, or permit another person or entity to access, monitor or copy, any element of the Disney+ Service using a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or manual process without our express written permission;
viii. damage, disable, overburden or impair the Disney+ Service;
ix. use the Disney+ Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement;
x. share your login credentials with third parties; or
xi. otherwise allow third parties to violate the above restrictions.
d. Violations. Any attempt to perform any of the restrictions listed in Sections 3(b) and 3(c) above is a violation of the rights of Disney+ and the copyright holder.
4. USAGE TERMS
a. Disney+ Compatible Devices. Use of the Disney+ Service requires compatible devices, and certain software may require periodic updates, and your use of the Disney+ Service may be affected by the performance of these elements. You can access Disney+ Content with almost any Internet-connected computer or through the Disney+ application available for certain mobile or other devices (Internet connection required) (each, a "Compatible Device"). For details concerning supported devices, operating systems, web browsers and optimal streaming support please visit our Help Centre. You can add a Compatible Device to your Disney+ account by downloading the Disney+ application to the Compatible Device and by signing into your Disney+ account through the application.
b. Internet Connection. You must have a high speed Internet connection in order to access and use certain aspects of the Disney+ Service.
c. Streaming Disney+ Content. Disney+ Content can be streamed through the Disney+ Service over an active Internet connection. Up to four (4) concurrent streams are allowed for each Disney+ account at any time. The number of concurrent streams available for use may change from time to time at our discretion.
d. Downloading Disney+ Content. Disney+ Content may be available for temporary download for offline viewing on certain Compatible Devices. Downloads are limited to a maximum of ten (10) Compatible Devices. You will not be permitted to download to an additional device once the maximum of ten (10) Compatible Devices has been reached. You must connect your Compatible Device to the Internet and access the Disney+ Service at least once every thirty (30) days for your downloaded Content to remain available for offline viewing. The length of time that certain temporary downloads remain available to you for offline viewing may change from time to time at our discretion.
e. Profiles. Disney+ offers the option to personalize use of the Disney+ Service through the creation of one or more profiles under one account. You may designate a profile as a Kid profile, which will restrict viewing of certain Disney+ Content from within that profile. Please visit our Help Centre if you would like more information about Kid profiles.
f. Disney+ Content Availability. Certain Disney+ Content available through the Disney+ Service subscription may not be available in all countries or territories within the Territory. Geographic restrictions will be enforced according to the location from which you are accessing the Disney+ Service, and we may use different technologies and methods to verify your geographic location.
g. Force Majeure. It is possible that the Disney+ Service and/or some or all Disney+ Content may not be available for streaming or downloading at any given time including (i) during any maintenance or update periods, (ii) any power or server outages; (iii) as a result of war, riots, strikes, social unrest; or (iv) as a result of other matters beyond the control of us or third parties (“Force Majeure”). Disney+ will take reasonable efforts to provide you with as much prior notice as possible of service interruption. Where the Disney+ Service is unavailable for reasons beyond our control or our third party service providers, Disney+ shall have no liability to you. There may be times when we have to remove certain features or functionality and/or devices or platforms from being able to access Disney+. We will do our best to let you know of any of these changes, usage rules and restrictions, but you acknowledge that we may do so in our sole discretion at any time without notice.
h. Suspension and Discontinuance of Disney+. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any suspension or discontinuance of the Disney+ Service. If you are a subscriber and we suspend or discontinue your subscription to the Disney+ Service, we will provide you with a credit, refund, discount or other form of consideration corresponding to the duration of your suspended or discontinued access. However, if we terminate your account or suspend or discontinue your access to the Disney+ Service due to your material violation of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, or as a result of Force Majeure, then you will not be eligible for any such credit, refund, discount or other consideration.
i. Promotional and Experimental Features. In our continued assessment of the Disney+ Service, we may from time to time, with respect to any or all of our users, experiment or otherwise offer certain features or other elements of the Disney+ Service, including promotional features, user interfaces, plans and pricing. Your use of any updates, modifications to, or replacement versions of Disney+ shall be governed by this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and any additional terms you agree to when you install such update, modification, or replacement version.
5. USE AND SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
You acknowledge that Disney+ and The Walt Disney Company Limited are the data controllers jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data in order to provide you with the Disney+ Service.
For more information about our collection, use, and sharing of your information please refer to The Walt Disney Company Privacy Policy and to the UK & EU Privacy Rights notice about the use of your information and your rights in the EU. Both documents are always available to you in the Disney+ Legal Centre.
Disney will use your data to personalize and improve your Disney+ Service experience and to send you information about the Disney+ Service. You can change your communication preferences anytime. We may use your data as described in our Privacy Policy, or UK & EU Privacy Rights notice, including sharing it with the Walt Disney Family of Companies.
Disney+ reserves the right to, and you agree that Disney+ may, release your details to system administrators at other sites and to law enforcement agencies in order to assist them in resolving security incidents and violations of law. You acknowledge that Disney+ may access, preserve or disclose information you provide when We have a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is necessary in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Disney+, our parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of users of the Disney+ Service or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process.
6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
a. You agree that Disney+ may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice or liability to you, insofar as possible under local laws, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the Disney+ Service and to any Disney+ Content if Disney+ believes you are using or have used the Disney+ Service in material violation of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement or applicable law or regulations or in any manner other than for their intended purpose and in accordance with all other guidelines and requirements applicable thereto. Without limiting the foregoing, Disney+ may restrict or suspend your access to your Disney+ account for cause and upon reasonable notice to you, which may be communicated electronically, which cause includes (a) requests from law enforcement or other government authorities, (b) unexpected technical issues or problems, or (c) if Disney+ reasonably believes that your Disney+ account has been created fraudulently, your Disney+ account has been accessed fraudulently, or anyone uses your Disney+ account to commit fraud or for any purpose other than its intended purpose and in accordance with all of the requirements applicable thereto. Disney+ also reserves the right, after notice to you, to terminate any Disney+ account that remains inactive for one year (failure to log in to your Disney+ account will constitute inactivity for purposes of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement).
b. Upon termination of your Disney+ account, whether terminated by Disney+ or at your request (other than a cancellation of your subscription, in which case your subscription will continue to the end of the billing period), you will immediately lose the right to access streamed Disney+ Content through the Disney+ Service and within a limited period lose the right to view Disney+ Content downloaded within the Disney+ Service.
7. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
a. You understand and agree that the Disney+ Content you receive through the Disney+ Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Disney+ Content does not constitute legal, financial, professional, medical or healthcare advice or diagnosis and cannot be used for such purposes.
b. Disney+ Content Subjectivity. Disney+ Content tends to elicit varying reactions among different people. You may come across Disney+ Content that you find offensive, indecent, explicit or objectionable. Also, content ratings, types, genres, categories, and/or descriptions are provided as suggestions to help with navigation, and for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that you will agree with them. You acknowledge these risks and your responsibility for making your own choices regarding what Disney+ Content is appropriate for your family.
c. Photosensitivities. Disney+ Content may contain some flashing lights sequences or patterns which may affect users who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitivities. Additionally, 4K UHD HDR content versions enable greater brightness and colour saturation which may also affect users.
d. Disney+ Content Quality. We use various technologies to provide you with an optimal viewing experience. For example, HD and 4K Ultra HD quality is available for certain Disney+ Content. That said, the playback quality of Disney+ Content, including resolution, may be affected by the format of the Disney+ Content, your location, the speed, bandwidth and specific terms of your Internet service, and the devices used, among other factors. The time it takes you to begin viewing Disney+ Content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, Internet bandwidth, the number of devices simultaneously connecting to the same network, the Disney+ Content you have selected, and the configuration of the device you are using.
e. Third-Party Services and Disney+ Content. The Disney+ Service may integrate, be integrated into, or be provided in connection with third-party services and content. We do not control those third-party services and content. You should read the terms of use, agreements and privacy policies that apply to such third-party services and content. If you access the Disney+ Service using a third-party service or device (for example, an Apple iOS, Android or Microsoft Windows-powered device), then Apple Inc., Google, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation, respectively, or another such company that offers a third-party service or device, shall be a third-party beneficiary to this contract. However, these third-party beneficiaries are not a party to this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement. You agree that your access to the Disney+ Service using these devices also shall be subject to the usage terms set forth in the applicable third-party beneficiary's terms of service.
f. Mobile Networks. When you access the Disney+ Service through a mobile network, your network or roaming provider's messaging, data and other rates and fees will apply. Downloading, installing or using the Disney+ Service may be prohibited or restricted by your network provider and the Disney+ Service may not work with your network provider or device.
g. Submissions and Unsolicited Ideas Policies. Our policy does not allow us to accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions or materials. In connection with anything you submit to us, whether or not solicited by us, you agree that creative ideas, suggestions or other materials you submit are not being made in confidence or trust and that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between you and us in any way, and that you have no expectation of review, compensation or consideration of any type. Disney+ does not claim ownership over any ideas, suggestions, or other materials submitted.

i. Disclaimers; liability limitation. You have certain legal rights with respect to the Disney+ Service and nothing in this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement affects those rights. Except as required by law or as expressly stated by Disney+, Disney, its affiliates, licensors, agents, and service providers (collectively “the Disney+ Parties”) do not offer and expressly disclaim any promises or guarantees in relation to the Disney+ Content and the Disney+ Service. You and not the Disney+ Parties assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction occasioned by use of the Disney+ Content and the Disney+ Service, except where any damage to a device or other digital content belonging to you is as a result of the supply of Disney+ Content and such damage is of a kind that would not have occurred had Disney+ exercised reasonable care and skill (in which case the limitation below shall apply in respect of such damage).To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event shall the Disney+ Parties be liable for any personal injury, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits and property damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages, that result from the use of, or inability to use the Disney+ Content or the Disney+ Service, however caused. Nor shall we be held liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed one thousand euros (€1,000). The liability limitations in this section apply under any legal theory (tort, contract, breach of warranty, strict liability or otherwise) and even if the Disney+ Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.
j. Jurisdiction. Any dispute between you and The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates shall be settled by the competent Court as set forth in the applicable rules.
j. Choice of Law. This Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that may apply in your country of residence.
k. Severability. If any provision of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You and Disney+ shall replace the unlawful, void or unenforceable part by provisions which are valid and binding and the effect of which given the contents and purpose of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, are, to the greatest extent possible, similar to that of the invalid, void or unenforceable part.
l. Survival. The provisions of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement which by their nature should survive the termination of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement shall survive such termination.
m. Dispute resolution. You can find out about the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. At present, we do not use alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including through the ODR platform as a means of settling consumer complaints. n. Prevailing language. You acknowledge and agree that if any future amendments or communications are sent by the Disney+ Service in a different language as selected by you, those future amendments and communications shall be valid and in the case of amendments, shall be effective in law.
