Introduction

TikTok's mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. We are building a global community where people can create and share, discover the world around them, and connect with others across the globe. As we grow, we are committed to maintaining a supportive environment for our community. Our Community Guidelines define a set of norms and common code of conduct for TikTok; they provide guidance on what is and is not allowed to make a welcoming space for everyone.
At TikTok, we prioritize safety, diversity, inclusion, and authenticity. We encourage creators to celebrate what makes them unique and viewers to engage in what inspires them; and we believe that a safe environment helps everyone express themselves openly. We deeply value the global nature of our community, and we strive to take into account the breadth of cultural norms where we operate. We also aim to cultivate an environment for genuine interactions by only allowing authentic content on TikTok.
Our Community Guidelines apply to everyone and to everything on TikTok. We proactively enforce them using a mix of technology and human moderation before content gets reported to us. We also encourage our community members to use the tools we provide on TikTok to report any content they believe violates our Community Guidelines.
We will remove any content – including video, audio, livestream, images, comments, and text – that violates our Community Guidelines. Individuals are notified of our decisions and can appeal if they believe no violation has occurred. We will suspend or ban accounts and/or devices that are involved in severe or repeated violations; we will consider information available on other platforms and offline in these decisions. When warranted, we will report the accounts to relevant legal authorities.
Our algorithms are designed with trust and safety in mind. For some content – such as spam, videos under review, or videos that could be considered upsetting or depict things that may be shocking to a general audience – we may reduce discoverability, including by redirecting search results or limiting distribution in the For You feed.
We recognize that some content that would normally be removed per our Community Guidelines could be in the public interest. Therefore, we may allow exceptions under certain circumstances, such as educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic content, satirical content, content in fictional settings, counterspeech, and content in the public interest that is newsworthy or otherwise enables individual expression on topics of social importance.
In consultation with relevant stakeholders, we update our Community Guidelines from time to time to evolve alongside new behaviors and risks, as part of our commitment to keeping TikTok a safe place for creativity and joy.
Violent extremism
We take a firm stance against enabling violence on or off TikTok. We do not allow people to use our platform to threaten or incite violence, or to promote dangerous individuals or organizations. When there is a threat to public safety or an account is used to promote or glorify off-platform violence, we may suspend or ban the account. When warranted, we will report threats to relevant legal authorities. To effectively protect our community, we may consider information available on other platforms and offline to identify violent and extremist individuals and organizations on our platform. If we find such individuals or organizations on TikTok, we will close their accounts.
Threats and incitement to violence
We consider incitement to violence as advocating for, directing, or encouraging other people to commit violence. We do not allow threats of violence or incitement to violence on our platform that may result in serious physical harm.

We do not allow individuals or organizations on our platform who promote or are engaged in violence. We remove such individuals and organizations, including mass murderers, serial killers and rapists, hate groups, criminal organizations, terrorist organizations, and other non-state armed groups that target civilians.
Terrorist organizations
Terrorists and terrorist organizations are non-state actors that threaten violence, use violence, and/or commit serious crimes (such as crimes against humanity) against civilian populations in pursuit of political, religious, ethnic, or ideological objectives.
Organized hate
Organized hate refers to those individuals and organizations who attack people based on protected characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, or immigration status. We consider attacks to include actions that incite violence or hatred, dehumanize individuals or groups, or embrace a hateful ideology.
Criminal organizations
Criminal organizations are transnational, national, or local groups that have engaged in serious crimes, including violent crimes (e.g., homicide, rape, robbery, assault), trafficking (e.g., human, organ, drug, weapons), kidnapping, financial crimes (e.g., extortion, blackmail, fraud, money laundering), or cybercrime.

Hateful behavior
TikTok is a diverse and inclusive community that has no tolerance for discrimination. We do not permit content that contains hate speech or involves hateful behavior and we remove it from our platform. We suspend or ban accounts that engage in hate speech violations or which are associated with hate speech off the TikTok platform.
Attacks on the basis of protected attributes
We define hate speech or behavior as content that attacks, threatens, incites violence against, or otherwise dehumanizes an individual or a group on the basis of the following protected attributes:

Illegal activities and regulated goods
We work to ensure TikTok does not enable activities that violate laws or regulations. We prohibit the trade, sale, promotion, and use of certain regulated goods, as well as the depiction, promotion, or facilitation of criminal activities, including human exploitation. Content may be removed if it relates to activities or goods that are regulated or illegal in the majority of the region or world, even if the activities or goods in question are legal in the jurisdiction of posting.
Criminal activities
Criminal activities cover a wide spectrum of acts punishable by law, including theft, assault, human exploitation, counterfeiting, and other harmful behavior. To prevent such behavior from being normalized, imitated, or facilitated, we remove content that promotes or enables criminal activities.

Violent and graphic content
TikTok is a platform that celebrates creativity but not shock-value or violence. We do not allow content that is gratuitously shocking, graphic, sadistic, or gruesome or that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies extreme violence or suffering on our platform. When there is a threat to public safety, we suspend or ban the account and, when warranted, we will report it to relevant legal authorities.

Suicide, self-harm, and dangerous acts
We care deeply about the health and well-being of the individuals that make up our community. We do not allow content depicting, promoting, normalizing, or glorifying activities that could lead to suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. We also do not permit users to share content depicting them partaking in, or encouraging others to partake in, dangerous activities that may lead to serious injury or death.
However, we do support members of our community sharing their personal experiences with these issues in a safe way to raise awareness and find community support. We also encourage individuals who are struggling with thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or who know someone is seriously considering suicide, to immediately contact local emergency services or a suicide prevention hotline. In the event that our intervention could help a user who may be at risk of harming themselves, the TikTok team may also alert local emergency services.
Suicide
We remove content that displays suicide, suicidal ideation, or content that might encourage participation in other self-injurious behavior. We also remove content that depicts attempted suicide or content featuring a person engaging in behavior or intending to engage in behavior that is likely to lead to self-inflicted death. We prohibit any form of content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies suicide, provides instructions for suicide, or posts that portray a suicide as heroic or honorable.

To avoid normalizing, encouraging, or triggering self-harm behavior, we do not allow imagery that depicts such behavior, regardless of the user's intention of posting it. We remove content that may encourage or normalize acts that are likely to lead to physical self-inflicted injury. Content that promotes eating habits that are likely to cause adverse health outcomes is also not allowed on the platform.

We define risky activities or other dangerous behavior as acts conducted in a non-professional context or without the necessary skills and safety precautions that may lead to serious injury or death for the user or the public. We do not allow content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies such behavior, including amateur stunts or dangerous challenges.

Harassment and bullying
We believe in an inclusive community and individualized expression without fear of abuse. We do not tolerate members of our community being shamed, bullied, or harassed. Abusive content or behavior can cause severe psychological distress and will be removed from our platform.
Abusive behavior
We remove all expressions of abuse, including threats or degrading statements intended to mock, humiliate, embarrass, intimidate, or hurt an individual. This prohibition extends to the use of TikTok features. To enable expression about matters of public interest, critical comments of public figures may be allowed; however, serious abusive behavior against public figures is prohibited.

Sexual harassment involves unwanted or inappropriate sexual behavior directed at another individual. We do not allow content, including comments or advances, that sexually harasses others, regardless of user's intent, as such actions can cause great distress to targeted individuals.

Threatening to hack or dox with an intent to harass or blackmail another individual can cause serious emotional distress and other offline harm. We define doxxing as the act of collecting and publishing personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) for malicious purposes. We consider these online behaviors as forms of abuse and do not allow them on our platform.

Adult nudity and sexual activities
We strive to create a platform that feels welcoming and safe. We do not allow nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content on our platform. We also prohibit content depicting or supporting non-consensual sexual acts, the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, and adult sexual solicitation.
Sexual exploitation
Sexual exploitation is defined as any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, power, or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from the sexual exploitation of another. We do not permit sexually exploitative content.

Nudity and sexual activity include content that is overtly revealing of breasts, genitals, anus, or buttocks, or behaviors that mimic, imply, or display sex acts. We do not allow depictions, including digitally created or manipulated content, of nudity or sexual activity. We are mindful of content that may be offensive or culturally inappropriate in certain regions or may not be suitable for users of all ages.

Minor safety
We are deeply committed to ensuring the safety of minors on our platform. We do not tolerate activities that perpetuate the abuse, harm, endangerment, or exploitation of minors on TikTok. Any content, including animation or digitally created or manipulated media, that depicts abuse, exploitation, or nudity of minors is a violation on our platform and will be removed when detected. When warranted, we report violative content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant legal authorities. TikTok considers a minor any person under the age of 18.
Users must meet the minimum age requirements to use TikTok, as stipulated in our Terms of Service. When underage account holders are identified, we will remove those accounts. Our platform is designed with the safety of minors in mind and some of our features are age restricted. Account holders who are under the age of 16 cannot use direct messaging or host a livestream; the age thresholds may be higher in some regions. Account holders who are under the age of 18 cannot send or receive gifts via our virtual gifting features.
Sexual exploitation of minors
Sexual exploitation of minors is defined as any abuse of a position of power or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting financially, socially, sexually, or politically from the exploitation of a minor. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is defined as any visual depiction of sexually explicit nudity or conduct, whether captured by predatory adults, peers, or self-generated by minors. TikTok will take action on any content or accounts involving sexual interactions and advances between an adult and a minor, or between minors with a significant age difference.

Grooming behaviors are those in which an adult builds an emotional relationship with a minor in order to gain the minor's trust for the purposes of future or ongoing sexual contact, sexual abuse, trafficking, or other exploitation. These behaviors include: flattery, requests for contact on or off platform, requests for personal information, solicitation of minor sexual abuse material, sexual solicitations or comments, and gift-giving.

Behaviors that place minors at risk of physical or psychological harm include physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, and psychological disparagement. We remove any such content from our platform.

We do not allow users who have been convicted of crimes against children to have an account on our platform. These crimes include: sexual assault, molestation, murder, physical abuse or neglect, abduction, international parental kidnapping, trafficking, exploitation of minors for prostitution, live online sexual abuse of a minor, sexual exploitation of minors in the context of travel and tourism, attempts to obtain or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and the production, possession, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). If we discover any such users, we ban the account. Any self-disclosed user information that states the account holder is a pedophile or minor sex offender will be taken at face value and the account may be deleted.
Integrity and authenticity
We believe that trust forms the foundation of our community. We do not allow activities that may undermine the integrity of our platform or the authenticity of our users. We remove content or accounts that involve spam or fake engagement, impersonation, misleading information that causes harm, or that violate any intellectual property rights.
Spam and fake engagement
Fake engagement includes any content or activity that seeks to artificially inflate popularity on the platform. We prohibit any attempts to manipulate the platform to increase interaction metrics.

We do not allow accounts that pose as another person or entity in a deceptive manner. When we confirm a report of impersonation, we will ask the user to revise the profile or suspend or ban the account. We do allow parody, commentary, or fan accounts, as long as the user indicates in the bio and username that it is fan, commentary, or parody and not affiliated with the subject of the account.

Pose as another person or entity by using someone else's name, biographical details, or profile picture in a misleading manner Misinformation
Misinformation is defined as content that is inaccurate or false. While we encourage our community to have respectful conversations about subjects that matter to them, we do not permit misinformation that causes harm to individuals, our community, or the larger public regardless of intent.

Copyright is a legal right that protects original works of authorship (e.g., music, videos) and original expression of an idea (e.g., the specific way a video or music is expressed or created), although does not protect underlying ideas or facts. A trademark is a word, symbol, slogan, design that identifies and distinguishes the source of a product or service. We encourage everyone to create and share original content. Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights is prohibited on our platform and will be removed if we become aware of it. The use of copyrighted work under certain circumstance, such as the fair use doctrine or other applicable laws, or the use of a trademark to reference, lawfully comment, criticize, parody, make a fan page, or review a product or service may not be considered a violation of our policies.

So, for those of you who are familiar with REALLY black hat affiliate marketing this wouldn't be a huge surprise, but still.
Basically, i think i found the ultimate way to promote online casinos as an affiliate and make huge amounts of money with it, and basically this is by turning lots of people into temporary (or not so temporary) gambling addicts.
Is this immoral? I'm a diagnosed sociopath and i couldn't care less, we're all adults and we're all responsible for our decisions. Is this illegal? No.
Basically, let's first analyze what a gambling addict is and HOW HE THINKS:
The key factor that distinguishes a gambling addict from an enthusiast is that the addict genuinely thinks he can beat the game, he thinks he knows what the next card coming out the deck is going to be, he thinks he knows that the next roll of the slot machine is going to be the one etc.
So, how do you turn random people into gamblers? You PROVE THEM you found an actual method to actually beat the game, and you prove it in an incontestable way just so that nobody can prove you wrong. This is going to cost you some money btw, let's say 500 bucks, but you'll make a lot more in a day so...
Basically, here's what you do:
1) You create a fake Baypal balance, just log into your Baypal account and select the values, right click, then "inspect". Now you can edit whatever you want and create a fake balance showing fake payments from whatever company you want (name of the casino, will explain later, but you have to put money in the casino, lose some, and then get it back on Baypal so that you know the exact name that will appear when you receive payments). This would only be illegal only if you were selling the method, but you're going to give it away for free (because it's not a method) so no worries.
2) Once you have the fake Baypal set up you record the screen and start talking, say stuff like "Hey everyone i'm recording this video to show you this INSANE method i just found to make money online, i wouldn't believe this because they told me it was a method to make a lot of money easily, but i tried it and wow, this is crazy. BLA BLA BLA. I'm a MATH graduate and i couldn't get a job anywhere, let alone a well paid job. BLA BLA BLA."
3) You then start talking about the money you made while moving your cursor ONTO the numbers so that people will see it's not a screenshot that you could've photoshopped because the page is interacting, because it's a real page, just edited. You basically just say stuff like “so you can see my balance now is 36k which is not all the money i made in this past month/month and a half, you can see i received these payments here, i was testing it first, made the first 221,64 bucks here, then 743,85 (remember not-so-perfect numbers have more impact), then i started doing this seriously and we got to 4k, 13k, and 28k today.”
4) You then keep talking for a bit about how crazy this is and it has changed your life, make sure the whole talk lasts about 3-4mins, then say “let’s not waste any time here, let me show you how this works”. And you stop recording. This will be the first part of the video just save it as it is, you’ll find out why later.
5) Open up whatever online casino you’re going to promote (will discuss on how to get your affiliate link later) on which you already loaded 50 euros or dollars, then start recording again, this will be the second part of the video, but people will not even notice the cut.
Say “this method works in online casinos. Okay i know what you’re thinking, don’t worry this is not one of those black-red tricks that don’t work, they’re scams and we all know that, this is a new method and works, as you saw on my Baypal, but i will show it to you live. Please remind most online casinos are not functional for this method because they will find a way to block you after you keep winning all the time, check the description for the link to this one that i’m using which is the very best. so, let’s go to the roulette section and pick french roulette. this is our workplace, i guess everyone knows how roulette works, but here we’re not trying to get lucky, we’re following a precise sequence which is this one *show sequence image at this point* (which is basically Red Black Red Red Black Black in cycles) and i’ll put a link for this too. Here’s how it works:”
So, you have to apply this cycle while placing your bets, this cycle actually kinda works, but it just makes your chances of winning slightly above 50%, it’s nothing special, but looks like it. What you do is you keep betting the colors of the cycle all the time, while explaining what you’re doing with confidence, betting 0,10€ at a time, saying this is exactly where you started from. If you win you place the minimum bet again, if you lose you double up, if you lose again you double up again, but you keep following the sequence as a cycle.
Explain that this is the classic double-up, but it’s very different because YOU HAVE A PRECISE SEQUENCE THAT CAN’T BE REVERSE-FOLLOWED ALL THE TIME, and thus is 100% winning, all of this while proving it, while still suggesting the more you bet the more money you make.
This might go very wrong and you’d end up wasting 50€, if that happens (took me 6 trys, 300€, to get the right one) record this part of the video from scratch and load 50 more euros, as i said this will cost you money. When you get the right shot and get to let’s say 51€, point out that you just made 1€ in a couple mins, starting from 0,10, which is A LOT, point that out clearly.
6) If step 4 went correctly now say “so, i think you’ve figured out how this works but let me prove you this works for real, i’ll set a stopwatch, do it for a while speeding up the video so that you see what i’m doing, and i’ll be right back” then proceed to activate a stopwatch, go back to the casino page for a couple seconds and CUT the video.
7) Now, in post-production, you’ll take the part where you explained the method and use that video while speeding it up very quickly.
8) Go back to the casino, try until you win one bet so that it will show (that’s really hard to edit), then edit your balance to around 56€. Start the stopwatch again from 0:00, and go back to the casino page.
9) When 5 mins or so have passed start recording FROM THE CASINO PAGE, go the the stopwatch, stop it, and say “so that was 5 mins”. Go back to the casino page and show you are now at 56€, say “we made 5 more euros, and that was 5 minutes, let’s calculate how much WE WOULD’VE MADE if i kept going for an hour.” Pull out whatever calculator you want and divide euros by minutes (in this case 5 divided by 5, could be different in your case depending on what you decide to do) in this case it will show 1€ a minute, multiply x60 and say “guys, 60€ an hour, i know people are getting jobs for like 7€ an hour or less, let’s see how much that’d be if i kept doing it for 8 hours, that’s 480€. In a few days that will be a month of salary, and that’s with 0,10 bets, can you imagine what that would be if we made 1€ bets? this is insane.”
10) Pull out a table you previously created, showing bets, expected earnings and SAFETY RATIOS (totally made up).
Basically, 0,10 lost bets doubling up 9 times (which will look very very rare if step 4 went correctly) will require a 51,20€ balance for ABSOLUTE certainty, 25,20€ for VERY GOOD CERTAINTY and 6,40€ for GOOD CERTAINTY, create the rest of the board according to other bet options. Then on a side of the board show hourly and monthly potential earnings working 2 hours a day, so let’s say 60€ an hour as in hour example (point out that you usually go faster than what you did during the chronometer) and this will result in 3.600€ a month with 2 hours a day.
Explain the table and talk about the great earnings you can achieve with just 0,10 bets or 0,20 bets with just 2 hours a day, and then talk about the earnings you can achieve with higher bets, that REQUIRE CERTAINTY. Say “How do you get certainty, with a higher balance, here’s what we have, for 0,10 bets 6,40€ is good certainty, 25,20 is very good certainty and 51,20 is absolute certainty”. Suggest people to do 1€ bets (that require 512€ for absolute certainty) because they will be able to make 36k a month with just 2 hours IF THEY DO THIS SLOWLY, one hour if they do it faster. Keep discussing the huge earnings they can achieve, and point out you achieved a lot more and that the table underestimates it, as they saw in your Baypal. do some small talk for a while, the whole videos should be 15-20mins long.
11) End the whole video by saying “guys, i’m not joking this is for real, you’ve seen my Baypal, you’ve seen me do this right in front of you, it works, you’ll see for yourself, i’ll put the WEBSITE LINK (avoid saying “go play now” or phrases that directly encourage gambling) and the FREE DOWNLOAD link for the sequence in the description, i changed my life and got my dream life and you can do this too, dreams are not dreams anymore, they’re goals that you can achieve, bye!”
So, this is how you create the gambler-maker video that will turn random people into real gamblers. The cool thing is that the lowest “absolute certainty” balance is 51,20 but they can’t deposit 51,20 because they will be able to deposit 50, so if they comment the video saying they lost their money say the didn’t listen to you and needed 51,20. They will then refill their balance. Lots of people will do the same with the 512 balance. Delete upset comments if they don’t take any “advice” and place some “this changed my life” and “1000€ in 2 hours easiest money of my life” comments with fake profiles during the first week or two.
Most online casinos will pay you a 20% commission on deposits when you’re first starting out as an affiliate and will go to even 300% CPA on deposits, meaning a 500 deposit will make you a 1.500€ commission, or something like that depending on the one you choose.
The problem with them is that they will be very upset if they found out you’re promoting their casino this way (but will enjoy the money) so before you apply for their affiliate program here’s what you do:
You go to Blu3host and purchase 2 domains and hosting for each, about 70 bucks for each (will last 1 year) call one something like “makethatdr3ammoneynow(DOT)c0m” and the other one “casinofunreviews(DOT)c0m”.
Use Blu3host because it has integrated wordpress.
Log into casinofunrevi3ws(DOT)c0m and log into wordpress, go to plugins and search for “pretty links” install that plugin (the logo is a start with blue lines behind it like a comet) what this plugin does is it CLOAKS your link, not for people, but for the casino, this is to make sure the casino thinks you’re promoting them in a legit way. Anyway, with the Prettylinks plugin you can create redirects like “casinofunr3views(DOT)c0m/casino” will immediately redirect to the casino with your affiliate link, you can figure this out very very easily when you have Prettylinks in front of you.
Now, you still don’t have your affiliate link so you’ll only do this when you get it, here’s what you do. Click on “add post” and write a post about a game like “book of ra” making a fake review saying it looks good and it fun to play overall and rate it 7/10 or something and bla bla bla, add a picture of it and that’s it. Do this for a couple more games always WITHOUT ENCOURAGING GAMBLING, they have to look like posts aimed at sunday-gamblers who do it for fun.
When you ask for your application as an affiliate they will ask you for an url, send them your perfectly legit friendly gambling blog (casinofunr3views(DOT)c0m) when they approve you and you get the link create the redirect like casinofunr3views(DOT)c0m/casino or something like that
Now go to your other domain (makethatdr3ammoneynow(DOT)c0m) and basically only write one post writing “link to the website” (create hyperlink to your redirect link, NOT YOUR AFFILIATE LINK, so that the text “link to the website” sends to casinofunr3views(DOT)c0m/casino) and “link to the sequence” that you will upload somewhere for free download and create an hyperlink for that too.
In the video description type “for the website link and download link click h3re: makethatdr3ammoneynow(DOT)c0m” and they will land on your website that just presents them the 2 hyperlinks and that’s it. Perfect.
Then go back to casinofunr3views(DOT)c0m and create a new post and talk about the casino you’re an affiliate of, review it and say it looks very good, good design and all and very fun games, and create an hyperlink for it in the post, right on their name, like, if the casino’s name is “bananacasinogummybear” you write “so, i’ve recently played some games on bananacasinogummybear…. bla bla bla” and the hyperlink sends to “casinofunr3views(DOT)c0m/casino” AGAIN.
The purpose of all this thing is that the casino will see where the new subscribers come from, if you put the redirect right on youtube they’d know you’re using youtube, and they would only have to google the link to find your video. If you do this like i explained to you they will see the traffic is coming from the super legit blog you showed them. THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT.
So, this was my very black hat and highly manipulative way to make lots of money quickly af (just create a fake fb profile, search gambler-games-related pages and add a few people and post a status saying “i will post a video showing you a crazy method to makes lots of money, ask your dearest friends to add me” and keep adding people too, just spam a bit, it will go kinda viral very quickly (because the method kinda looks like it really works, but it doesn’t, so people will be sharing your video even after trying for themselves)
Make sure you make the youtube video “not listed” if you want to be really safe, because even thought this is legal it’s really immoral, and i suggest you to take it down after you made enough money to start a morally legit business, make sure the video doesn’t go super viral or you’ll be forever known in history as the scammer guy, trust me, you might end on tv sooner than you think, so make sure you take everything down if the views start getting out of hand, and my best advice is to take it down anyway after making 200k out of this, that’s enough money to start an insanely profitable online business very easily, a business that would make you 50k a month too, but morally.
I don’t care about morality, but being tagged as a scammer won’t be good for you, so avoid that at all costs.
Enjoy the money you’ll be making by tricking a casino into thinking you're just an amateur blogger who has fun playing games while in reality you're turning strangers into gambling addicts (even tho most people will quit after wasting a grand or so, sometimes less, a grand could be 3k commissions for you tho) and don’t start gambling yourself, the method doesn’t work, i can guarantee, just looks like it if you’re lucky enough to get it on video. it’s just like the dudeperfect videos or the yeahigotskills guy, those are not 1st try shots, but look like it.
ONE LAST THING: make sure you crop the video so that it doesn’t show the url of the casino so that even the smart guys will have to click on your link, when they get there they will just be too lazy and join through your affiliate link anyway.

You agree to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement by clicking “Agree & Continue” or other industry standard mechanism during the Disney+ registration process and ratify your agreement when you use any aspect of the Disney+ Service. If you do not agree to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, you may not use the Disney+ Service. We may amend this Agreement. Any such amendment will be effective thirty (30) days following our dispatch of a notice to you (and we may also post details of the amendment on the Disney+ Service). If you do not agree to any change to this Agreement, you must discontinue using the Disney+ Service. Our customer service representatives are not authorized to modify any provision of this Agreement, either verbally or in writing.

1. USER ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
a. Eligibility and Age Limitations. Only residents of the countries where we offer the Disney+ Service (collectively, the "Territory") are eligible to register for a Disney+ account. This Disney+ Subscriber Agreement governs for residents of the Republic of Ireland. You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase the Disney+ Service. The Disney+ Service is provided to individuals for their personal, non-commercial use only. Companies, associations and other groups may not register for a Disney+ account or use the Disney+ Service. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible for a Disney+ account and are not permitted to provide personal information to Disney+.
b. Registration. Only individuals that have registered for a Disney+ account, provided certain information (e.g., a valid email address), and have agreed to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement are eligible to use the Disney+ Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and for all activities that occur on or through your Disney+ account. However, if you allow others to access your Disney+ account, this Agreement, as well any specific consents you may have provided, also applies to their access, use, and disclosure of information. You agree to immediately notify Disney+ of any unauthorized access to your Disney+ account. Disney+ will not be responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your Disney+ account, except where such unauthorized use is due to an act or omission by Disney+.
c. Notices. Any notices Disney+ delivers to you may be made as follows: (i) by email to the last email address provided by you and (ii) by posting a notice on the Disney+ Service. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information, including your contact information for notices and other communications from us. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person's username, password or other account information, or another person's name or likeness, or provide false details. You agree that we may take steps to verify the accuracy of information you provide.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
a. Subscription and Auto-Renewal. Your subscription to the Disney+ Service includes enrolment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period, unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change our pricing and, in the event of a price change, we will notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts. You are responsible for all third-party Internet access charges in connection with your use of the Disney+ Service. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.
b. Free Trials. Your Disney+ Service subscription may begin with a free trial. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if one is available, is only available to those who have not previously used one for the Disney+ Service. Your first payment will be charged to your chosen payment method immediately following the free trial, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your free trial. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you register but you will not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid subscription has begun.
c. Cancellation and Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period or free trial. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period or free trial. To cancel your Disney+ subscription, navigate to www.disneyplus.com/account/cancel-subscription and click "Complete Cancellation." If you subscribed via a third party (e.g. an app store such as iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Store, or Roku), please visit our Help Centre for instructions on how to cancel. Cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing period (or end of your free trial), and you will still be able to access Disney+ until then. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods. You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of signing up to the Disney+ Service. However, you acknowledge that when you signed up to the Disney+ Service you agreed to the immediate download of digital content and that if you access any digital content, you lose your right to withdraw from the Disney+ Service.
d. Payment Details. We will keep your detailed payment information, such as credit card number and expiry date, on file. We may share your payment information within The Walt Disney Family of Companies (e.g., ESPN, Marvel, Pixar, etc.), if you consent to such sharing during the purchase process. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up-to-date by changing the details in your account settings. Where your details change or are due to expire, where applicable law allows, we may obtain or receive from your payment provider updated payment details including your card number, expiry date and CVV (or equivalent). This enables us to continue to provide you access to the Disney+ Service. You authorize us to continue to charge your card using the updated information. If a payment is not successfully authorized due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription by giving you notice. You also agree that we may charge your payment method on file if you decide to restart your Disney+ subscription, unless you specify an alternative payment method when you restart your subscription.
e. Subscriptions Obtained Through Third Parties. If you obtain a Disney+ Service subscription via a third party (e.g., an app store), that subscription is also subject to the third party’s terms, and the provisions in this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement concerning subscription purchase, billing, cancellation/refunds, and payment do not apply to that subscription to the extent this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement conflicts with the applicable third party’s terms. For subscriptions obtained via a third party, your billing relationship will be directly with the applicable third party. Any fees charged for your Disney+ Service subscription will be billed by the applicable third party using the payment information you have provided to such third party. To cancel a Disney+ Service subscription obtained via a third party, please follow the cancellation instructions set out by the applicable third party. You can visit our Help Centre for instructions on how to cancel a Disney+ Service subscription obtained via a third party.
f. Bundled Subscription Options. We may offer a Disney+ Service subscription bundled with other subscription services, including subscriptions to third-party products and services. Third-party subscriptions, products, and services are governed by terms of use issued by those third parties.
3. COPYRIGHT LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS
a. License. Within the Territory and subject to the terms and conditions in this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Disney+ grants you a limited, personal use, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable right to do the following:
i. Install and make non-commercial, personal use of the Disney+ Service; and
ii. stream or temporarily download copyrighted materials, including but not limited to movies, television shows, other entertainment or informational programming, trailers, bonus materials, images, and artwork (the "Disney+ Content") that are available to you from the Disney+ Service.
This is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale or assignment of any rights in the Disney+ Content or the Disney+ Service. The purchase of a license to stream or temporarily download any Disney+ Content does not create an ownership interest in the Disney+ Content. Such Disney+ Content, including the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and other intellectual property rights in the Disney+ Content, is owned by Disney+, its affiliates and/or other licensors, and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
b. Restrictions on Your Use of the Disney+ Content. You agree that as a condition of your license, you may not and agree not to:
i. circumvent or disable any content protection system or digital rights management technology used in connection with the Disney+ Service to control access to the Disney+ Content;
ii. copy the Disney+ Content (except as expressly permitted by this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement);
iii. rebroadcast, transmit or perform the Disney+ Content available via the Disney+ Service;
iv. create derivative works of the Disney+ Content; or
v. allow third parties to violate the above restrictions.
c. Restrictions on Your Use of the Disney+ Service. You agree that as a condition of your license, you may not and agree not to:
i. move, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce to human-readable form the Disney+ Service and/or video player, its underlying technology, any digital rights management mechanism, device, or other content protection or access control measure incorporated into the video player;
ii. modify the Disney+ Service, including, but not limited to, by removing identification, copyright or other proprietary notices from the Disney+ Content or the Disney+ Service;
iii. access or use the Disney+ Service in a manner that suggests an association between you and/or any other party with our products, services or brands;
iv. use the Disney+ Service for any commercial or business related use or in any commercial establishment or area open to the public (e.g., lobby, bar, restaurant, diner, stadium, casino, club, cafe, theatre, etc.) or build a business utilizing the Disney+ Content or Disney+ Service, whether or not for profit;
v. create derivative works of any Disney owned components of the Disney+ Service, any updates, or any part thereof, except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
vi. bypass, modify, defeat, tamper with or circumvent any of the functions or protections of the Disney+ Service;
vii. access, monitor or copy, or permit another person or entity to access, monitor or copy, any element of the Disney+ Service using a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or manual process without our express written permission;
viii. damage, disable, overburden or impair the Disney+ Service;
ix. use the Disney+ Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement;
x. share your login credentials with third parties; or
xi. otherwise allow third parties to violate the above restrictions.
d. Violations. Any attempt to perform any of the restrictions listed in Sections 3(b) and 3(c) above is a violation of the rights of Disney+ and the copyright holder.
4. USAGE TERMS
a. Disney+ Compatible Devices. Use of the Disney+ Service requires compatible devices, and certain software may require periodic updates, and your use of the Disney+ Service may be affected by the performance of these elements. You can access Disney+ Content with almost any Internet-connected computer or through the Disney+ application available for certain mobile or other devices (Internet connection required) (each, a "Compatible Device"). For details concerning supported devices, operating systems, web browsers and optimal streaming support please visit our Help Centre. You can add a Compatible Device to your Disney+ account by downloading the Disney+ application to the Compatible Device and by signing into your Disney+ account through the application.
b. Internet Connection. You must have a high speed Internet connection in order to access and use certain aspects of the Disney+ Service.
c. Streaming Disney+ Content. Disney+ Content can be streamed through the Disney+ Service over an active Internet connection. Up to four (4) concurrent streams are allowed for each Disney+ account at any time. The number of concurrent streams available for use may change from time to time at our discretion.
d. Downloading Disney+ Content. Disney+ Content may be available for temporary download for offline viewing on certain Compatible Devices. Downloads are limited to a maximum of ten (10) Compatible Devices. You will not be permitted to download to an additional device once the maximum of ten (10) Compatible Devices has been reached. You must connect your Compatible Device to the Internet and access the Disney+ Service at least once every thirty (30) days for your downloaded Content to remain available for offline viewing. The length of time that certain temporary downloads remain available to you for offline viewing may change from time to time at our discretion.
e. Profiles. Disney+ offers the option to personalize use of the Disney+ Service through the creation of one or more profiles under one account. You may designate a profile as a Kid profile, which will restrict viewing of certain Disney+ Content from within that profile. Please visit our Help Centre if you would like more information about Kid profiles.
f. Disney+ Content Availability. Certain Disney+ Content available through the Disney+ Service subscription may not be available in all countries or territories within the Territory. Geographic restrictions will be enforced according to the location from which you are accessing the Disney+ Service, and we may use different technologies and methods to verify your geographic location.
g. Force Majeure. It is possible that the Disney+ Service and/or some or all Disney+ Content may not be available for streaming or downloading at any given time including (i) during any maintenance or update periods, (ii) any power or server outages; (iii) as a result of war, riots, strikes, social unrest; or (iv) as a result of other matters beyond the control of us or third parties (“Force Majeure”). Disney+ will take reasonable efforts to provide you with as much prior notice as possible of service interruption. Where the Disney+ Service is unavailable for reasons beyond our control or our third party service providers, Disney+ shall have no liability to you. There may be times when we have to remove certain features or functionality and/or devices or platforms from being able to access Disney+. We will do our best to let you know of any of these changes, usage rules and restrictions, but you acknowledge that we may do so in our sole discretion at any time without notice.
h. Suspension and Discontinuance of Disney+. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any suspension or discontinuance of the Disney+ Service. If you are a subscriber and we suspend or discontinue your subscription to the Disney+ Service, we will provide you with a credit, refund, discount or other form of consideration corresponding to the duration of your suspended or discontinued access. However, if we terminate your account or suspend or discontinue your access to the Disney+ Service due to your material violation of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, or as a result of Force Majeure, then you will not be eligible for any such credit, refund, discount or other consideration.
i. Promotional and Experimental Features. In our continued assessment of the Disney+ Service, we may from time to time, with respect to any or all of our users, experiment or otherwise offer certain features or other elements of the Disney+ Service, including promotional features, user interfaces, plans and pricing. Your use of any updates, modifications to, or replacement versions of Disney+ shall be governed by this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and any additional terms you agree to when you install such update, modification, or replacement version.
5. USE AND SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
You acknowledge that Disney+ and The Walt Disney Company Limited are the data controllers jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data in order to provide you with the Disney+ Service.
For more information about our collection, use, and sharing of your information please refer to The Walt Disney Company Privacy Policy and to the UK & EU Privacy Rights notice about the use of your information and your rights in the EU. Both documents are always available to you in the Disney+ Legal Centre.
Disney will use your data to personalize and improve your Disney+ Service experience and to send you information about the Disney+ Service. You can change your communication preferences anytime. We may use your data as described in our Privacy Policy, or UK & EU Privacy Rights notice, including sharing it with the Walt Disney Family of Companies.
Disney+ reserves the right to, and you agree that Disney+ may, release your details to system administrators at other sites and to law enforcement agencies in order to assist them in resolving security incidents and violations of law. You acknowledge that Disney+ may access, preserve or disclose information you provide when We have a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is necessary in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Disney+, our parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of users of the Disney+ Service or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process.
6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
a. You agree that Disney+ may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice or liability to you, insofar as possible under local laws, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the Disney+ Service and to any Disney+ Content if Disney+ believes you are using or have used the Disney+ Service in material violation of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement or applicable law or regulations or in any manner other than for their intended purpose and in accordance with all other guidelines and requirements applicable thereto. Without limiting the foregoing, Disney+ may restrict or suspend your access to your Disney+ account for cause and upon reasonable notice to you, which may be communicated electronically, which cause includes (a) requests from law enforcement or other government authorities, (b) unexpected technical issues or problems, or (c) if Disney+ reasonably believes that your Disney+ account has been created fraudulently, your Disney+ account has been accessed fraudulently, or anyone uses your Disney+ account to commit fraud or for any purpose other than its intended purpose and in accordance with all of the requirements applicable thereto. Disney+ also reserves the right, after notice to you, to terminate any Disney+ account that remains inactive for one year (failure to log in to your Disney+ account will constitute inactivity for purposes of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement).
b. Upon termination of your Disney+ account, whether terminated by Disney+ or at your request (other than a cancellation of your subscription, in which case your subscription will continue to the end of the billing period), you will immediately lose the right to access streamed Disney+ Content through the Disney+ Service and within a limited period lose the right to view Disney+ Content downloaded within the Disney+ Service.
7. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
a. You understand and agree that the Disney+ Content you receive through the Disney+ Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Disney+ Content does not constitute legal, financial, professional, medical or healthcare advice or diagnosis and cannot be used for such purposes.
b. Disney+ Content Subjectivity. Disney+ Content tends to elicit varying reactions among different people. You may come across Disney+ Content that you find offensive, indecent, explicit or objectionable. Also, content ratings, types, genres, categories, and/or descriptions are provided as suggestions to help with navigation, and for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that you will agree with them. You acknowledge these risks and your responsibility for making your own choices regarding what Disney+ Content is appropriate for your family.
c. Photosensitivities. Disney+ Content may contain some flashing lights sequences or patterns which may affect users who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitivities. Additionally, 4K UHD HDR content versions enable greater brightness and colour saturation which may also affect users.
d. Disney+ Content Quality. We use various technologies to provide you with an optimal viewing experience. For example, HD and 4K Ultra HD quality is available for certain Disney+ Content. That said, the playback quality of Disney+ Content, including resolution, may be affected by the format of the Disney+ Content, your location, the speed, bandwidth and specific terms of your Internet service, and the devices used, among other factors. The time it takes you to begin viewing Disney+ Content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, Internet bandwidth, the number of devices simultaneously connecting to the same network, the Disney+ Content you have selected, and the configuration of the device you are using.
e. Third-Party Services and Disney+ Content. The Disney+ Service may integrate, be integrated into, or be provided in connection with third-party services and content. We do not control those third-party services and content. You should read the terms of use, agreements and privacy policies that apply to such third-party services and content. If you access the Disney+ Service using a third-party service or device (for example, an Apple iOS, Android or Microsoft Windows-powered device), then Apple Inc., Google, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation, respectively, or another such company that offers a third-party service or device, shall be a third-party beneficiary to this contract. However, these third-party beneficiaries are not a party to this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement. You agree that your access to the Disney+ Service using these devices also shall be subject to the usage terms set forth in the applicable third-party beneficiary's terms of service.
f. Mobile Networks. When you access the Disney+ Service through a mobile network, your network or roaming provider's messaging, data and other rates and fees will apply. Downloading, installing or using the Disney+ Service may be prohibited or restricted by your network provider and the Disney+ Service may not work with your network provider or device.
g. Submissions and Unsolicited Ideas Policies. Our policy does not allow us to accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions or materials. In connection with anything you submit to us, whether or not solicited by us, you agree that creative ideas, suggestions or other materials you submit are not being made in confidence or trust and that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between you and us in any way, and that you have no expectation of review, compensation or consideration of any type. Disney+ does not claim ownership over any ideas, suggestions, or other materials submitted.

i. Disclaimers; liability limitation. You have certain legal rights with respect to the Disney+ Service and nothing in this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement affects those rights. Except as required by law or as expressly stated by Disney+, Disney, its affiliates, licensors, agents, and service providers (collectively “the Disney+ Parties”) do not offer and expressly disclaim any promises or guarantees in relation to the Disney+ Content and the Disney+ Service. You and not the Disney+ Parties assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction occasioned by use of the Disney+ Content and the Disney+ Service, except where any damage to a device or other digital content belonging to you is as a result of the supply of Disney+ Content and such damage is of a kind that would not have occurred had Disney+ exercised reasonable care and skill (in which case the limitation below shall apply in respect of such damage).To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event shall the Disney+ Parties be liable for any personal injury, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits and property damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages, that result from the use of, or inability to use the Disney+ Content or the Disney+ Service, however caused. Nor shall we be held liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed one thousand euros (€1,000). The liability limitations in this section apply under any legal theory (tort, contract, breach of warranty, strict liability or otherwise) and even if the Disney+ Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.
j. Jurisdiction. Any dispute between you and The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates shall be settled by the competent Court as set forth in the applicable rules.
j. Choice of Law. This Disney+ Subscriber Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that may apply in your country of residence.
k. Severability. If any provision of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You and Disney+ shall replace the unlawful, void or unenforceable part by provisions which are valid and binding and the effect of which given the contents and purpose of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, are, to the greatest extent possible, similar to that of the invalid, void or unenforceable part.
l. Survival. The provisions of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement which by their nature should survive the termination of this Disney+ Subscriber Agreement shall survive such termination.
m. Dispute resolution. You can find out about the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. At present, we do not use alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including through the ODR platform as a means of settling consumer complaints. n. Prevailing language. You acknowledge and agree that if any future amendments or communications are sent by the Disney+ Service in a different language as selected by you, those future amendments and communications shall be valid and in the case of amendments, shall be effective in law.
