Simply going on the ramparts of the Red Fort wont help.
For example, India can fund a small building in Washington that can be called the Balochistan House.
So what you are saying is India needs to go beyond lip service and actually have political involvement in Balochistan? Absolutely.

That time we were fighting against China and we werent the power we are today.
Can we discuss its implications and whether that would be in Indias best interest? We can certainly discuss it.
If Iran permits we should have Indian troops in Afghanistan.

So according to you, if Iran permits, India should definitely send troops to Afghanistan and also help Balochistan in their fight for liberation politically and militarily.
We should give artillery guns and aircrafts to Afghanistan.
