U.S. dupes for Batiste XXL Volume (spray) or Heavenly Volume?

Just moved to the US from the UK and my favourite cheap hair product is nowhere to be found! They do sell batiste sprays here, but not my favorite variety -- the volumizing ones! They are so, so great for my fine hair, loads better than stuff from more expensive brands like bumble and bumble.
I've seen shops that sell the powder version of XXL volume in the shaker (which is gluey, cornstarch rubbish), but can't find the spray cans anywhere! Perhaps it contains some sort of magic chemicals that are illegal here? Anyone know a comparable, volumizing dry shampoo (that doesn't feel sticky!) at a drugstore price? Am in NYC so lots of retail options nearby.
Thanks!

Taking care of oily, fine, flat, thinning hair (possibly) due to genetics.

As mentioned, my hair is oily and fine. I have an oily and sensitive skin as well, but for the past few years I’ve been really into skincare and I’ve found a pretty good routine. I rarely paid attention to any haircare stuff though, and I would like to change it. The thing is, I guess my major concerns are genetics-related. While I understand I can’t do much if genetic’s the case, but at least I would love to learn how to at least take care of them. I would love to hear this sub’s advice!
Hair conditions:
  1. Straight, shoulder length, previously permed and colored (no bleaching though).
  2. Fine, limp.
  3. Oily.
  4. Thinning, or probably generally thin at the first place. This is my major concern. My scalp is visibly showing especially at the top of my head. The thing is, my mom has the exact same hair and while I think it's probably down to genetics, it's been bothering me a lot. Some people mentioned it to me (about my scalp showing), and in some photos taken from certain angles it is sometimes visible. I've been super conscious about it.
  5. I experience hair falls as well. While the amount is probably not alarming, as I already have a thin/flat hair, of course if possible I would love to reduce it.
  6. I rarely style my hair (blow dry, flat iron, curling iron, etc). I always air-dry my hair.
Products I've used before:
  1. Various older Pantene shampoos.
  2. Ryoe Korean Jayang Shampoo.
  3. Kérastase Bain Vital Dermo-Calm. Used this one as recommended by a hairdresser after "examining" my hair. Was pretty surprised because I thought she would recommend me the one for oily hair instead of sensitive one. It kind of made sense however since I do have sensitive skin, but I'm still kind of skeptical since the way they "examined" my hair was pretty simple?
  4. Botaneco Garden Organic Argan & Virgin Olive Oil shampoo.
  5. Original Mane ‘n Tail Conditioner. Years back I tried co-washing using this conditioner but it only lasted me one week. I live in a humid, hot place and I could not stand having my hair being weighed down.
I currently wash my hair every day/every other day, depends on how my hair look. Products I currently use:
  1. Yves Rocher Botanical Hair Care Purifying Shampoo.
  2. Sebamed Everyday Shampoo. This is when I start to read around about haircare and I wonder if most of the products I've used are too irritating for my hair, and I bought Sebamed since it claims to have lower pH and is sulfate-free? Currently alternating between Sebamed and Yves Rocher shampoo.
  3. Yves Rocher Volumizing Conditioner.
  4. Yves Rocher Rinsing Vinegar. I use it once a week.
  5. Moroccanoil Intense Curl Cream. I bought it when my hair was permed, and I still have quite a lot of leftovers. It is pretty expensive and I intend to finish it so I am still using it once in a while.
  6. Kérastase Parfum en Huile. Also bought it when my hair was permed. Smells amazing, but I don't use it that often as it's a bit tricky to put oil in my hair.
  7. Batiste XXL Volume Spray. I use this dry shampoo on my second day, but honestly I do not like how the hair feels after that? And it kind of itches as well.
I’m considering to purchase products from Kérastase (especially Cure Densifique, Cure Anti-Chute, Stimuliste, and their Aura Botanica line) or Living Proof or OGX. Are they worth the money? What ingredients I should avoid? What kind of routines I should have? Is there a way to address my scalp-showing issue? Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Are dry shampoos recommended?

I have shoulder - length fine 2b hair, and only wash my hair every second day. On the no wash days, my curls really fall flat and lose most definition. I have been using the Batiste XXL volume spray in between washes to clean up my hair and put it up in a bun. (messy curls make a good day 2 bun, but can't leave hair down). I'm assuming this is not CG recommended, but how else do I adress crappy day - 2 hair??

Is it safe to use dry shampoo as a texturising spray throughout the hair?

I have straight, silky hair, and as usual with this type, it lacks volume and any kind of texture. Here in my place texturising sprays are nowhere to be found, however, recently I bought a dry shampoo (Batiste XXL volume) for the first time because a friend whose hair looked fabulous recommended it to me.
First of all, wow! I have only good things to say about it, it really does soak up all the oils and the volume is pretty amazing. I'm honestly really surprised and stoked! Additionally, I've realized that I can spray it on the midshaft of my hair here and there and a tiny bit on my roots (parts framing the face) and get really nice grip and texture!
So, my question would be: Is it safe to use it all over the hair every time I wash my hair? Is it too drying? I don't know the difference between dry shampoo and texturising spray. Also, I wouldn't reapply it until the next wash since there is no need, except maybe in the roots when they get oily.
Thanks in advance!
